Completely unprofessional, shoddy and unscrupulous/

Completely unable to get a named contact at the company, I'm not surprised that their staff are all apparently too embarrassed to admit they work there.
Chasing me for an apparent overpayment by a previous employer, but appeared to have done no diligence about the nature of the "debt".
They dropped the case when I asked for proper proof that the debt existed after several week of threatening letters.

Reading all these reviews, it makes sense why the receptionist are so ruthless. Customer service slacks in this company, they are not helpful. 100% someone will reply apologising for the service received and going off the forums, most likely it will be Naz!

All I did was called to ask if they received an email from me querying a recent letter that I received but Kelly and Karen were ruthless. Further training on customer service is needed, especially those with health condition and disability but they will say "we wasn't aware..."

Awful service

Trying to remortgage a client and get details of a debt that needs paying off, did not need any info on case I just wanted you to reply to the solicitors with a settlement figure.
Girl on phone was so unhelpful and rude. I have rang all the other companies and had no issue, all their settlement figures are in.
The first time I called I was told to write a letter on headed paper to give authority to talk on behalf of the clients, I asked what the content of the letter should be and was told to go to citizens advice. Absolutely laughable!!!

Terrible company

Terrible company. They never answer the phone, and when you email them, they ignore every question you ask, instead firing back a lazy template reply or a link to pay. It’s the typical behaviour you’d expect from debt collectors who have zero interest in actually helping people or clarifying anything. Their entire business model seems to rely on avoiding real communication while profiting from people’s financial difficulties. I didn’t expect empathy, but a shred of professionalism or a genuine attempt to discuss the situation wouldn’t go amiss.

I cannot get through to them over the…

I cannot get through to them over the phone or via email /website. I have requested a statement on a number of occasions with no reply.
I have no idea how much or what the debt is for.
Anyone here have a suggestion that cold help get to the bottom of this?

Really poor telephone manner

Phoned up yesterday to actually pay off a debt in FULL, the mundane girl took the account then asked for full name, asking for middle name. The put the phone down, didnt even try anything else, like perhaps she misspelt it, nothing, there us wanting to pay this cursed debt off, awful company to deal with in general

Bullies and liars!

I received a letter today offering some sort of discount. I cleared this debt years ago. I’ve been to visit the citizens advice who kindly composed a letter to send to these absolute bullies! I’ve also reported them to the financial ombudsman. Please please as others have said don’t believe a word!

Do not believe a word they say

So this company today sent a letter advising they would kindly give me an 80 percent discount wow how thoughtful! Sarcasm warning! So they wanted to give me an 80 percent discount on a debt that had been paid ten years ago and even if it hadn’t been paid would now be statue barred. I have looked in to legal advise on this company as some poor person would have paid this absolute scumbags!

Unprofessional, uncontactable and unpleasant

This gang of legal bottom-feeders rang me; impolite doesn't begin to describe the shrill girl who called. I asked for her name before I'd go through security. She refused to tell me, so I hung up and blocked their number, thinking it must be a scam. Then they wrote, offering a discount. I decided to take them up, but discovered that their online messaging doesn't work, they don't answer their phones, and they don't reply to letters. So they issued a court claim. I made the firts payment, only to get a letter saying I hadn't paid. Incompetence or a scare tactic? They're certainly bullies, so probably the latter. Even in the slimy world of debt purchase and collection, Drydens are slithering along the bottom of a very deep barrel.

Absolute disgrace of a company

Absolute disgrace of a company. Telling me my prescription wasn't legal and they wanted £418 a month leaving me with nothing to live on! They should be ashamed of themselves! They don't even deserve one star.

Do not trust

Came after me for a statue barred debt. I responded as such. They then sent a ccj court summons to an address I have not lived in for over 10 years. I naturally never received the court summons but received the ccj to the correct address. Absolute criminals.

I received a text ( how professional)…

I received a text ( how professional) with a reference number so I called them and they wouldn’t/ couldn’t tell me what it was for I’ve now requested all information held by them against my name under the reference number they gave but I’m not holding my breath! I dare you to take me to court you unprofessional parasites ( I don’t even have any debts and if so are statute barred anyway) please please take me to court I’ll turn up so you guys had better get moving tick tock tick tock

This company is disgraceful

This company is disgraceful, they never answer the phone ever it always sends you through the options and then cuts of the call every time, you cannot register on their website it always fails, they don't have an email address, they send us letters about our debt but are totally uncontactable. For a debt management company, this should not be allowed. we are reporting this company.

Appalling service

These people took over an apparent debt with Sygma Bank via Creation Finance and years ago put an order on my partner's home. She denies ever having a debt with these people. We have spent months asking for evidence from Capquest, Creation Finance and Drydens their debt collectors. They all refer to each other. We finally had an acknowledgement letter from Capquest saying they would send the requested documents - namely evidence of the debt. Over a month later we telephoned to chase and were told that despite being on their letter head, the letter of acknowledgement was not sent by them and they knew nothing about it and referred back to Drydens.
My partner's stress is incalculable. The incompetence of all these organisations beggars belief and they couldn't give a (my word was deleted by the system) about customer service is staggering.

Lack of communication

I have tried, many times, to get in touch to see what I owe. An error always occurs when online. Ringing them is a complete no go. This company needs to be respectful of the people they’re dealing with!!!
