I was very impressed with the service…
I was very impressed with the service from DS Colour Labs. The turnaround was remarkably fast, and the print arrived sooner than expected. Colour accuracy was excellent — the finished print matched the file very closely, with natural tones and good depth. They also offer a very strong range of papers, which made it easy to choose a finish that suited the image. The print was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. A very professional service from start to finish.

DS Colour Labs - First Class
The service from DS Colour labs is always fantastic. I have used them a couple of times and would highly recommend them.
Their communication is always first class and you always know the status of your order. Regular emails are received to update you and delivery is always quick.
The quality of the printing is always first class and the packaging is excellent so the prints always arrive in excellent condition.

1 star is 1 too many
1 star is 1 too many. Very disappointed. Image was too dark and lacked colour. I did brighten my image before sending, too co.pensate for my screens brightness.

Needed a quick framed print for a funeral presentation
I needed a framed large print urgently. I found the site easy to use and reasonable priced. The finished print arrived well protected and almost next day delivery. Good quality and very pleased with the experience. Recommend thoroughly.

Top quality work it reminded me of Labs I used 25 years ago when I shot quite a lot of slide film, definitely be using your Lab in future and Slide film again.

Not your fault
Not your fault, I forgot to change the profile in PS so while the images are quite dark they turned out too dark, so thats on me but not able to use them so hard to rate.

Yet again DSCL come through with flying…
Yet again DSCL come through with flying colours. Offered a last minute exhibition I had but a few days to pull it together. I sent my images to print at 5am with a note asking if it could be completed ASAP. Same day I receive an email saying that it was complete. I'd hoped for my prints before the weekend. Same day is exceptional. Above & beyond the call of duty. I now have more than enough time to produce my exhibition for next week. Thank you guys!

Still haven’t received my order
Still haven’t received my order. Even though I had paid for 24 hour DPD delivery. No answer to my emails, no answer when I call.

Simple order was fine, but no comms re larger orders …
I tried DSCL for the first time based on personal recommendation, and placed two orders on the same day. The photos were printed & dispatched on the same day, but over a week later, the photobook order & larger photos I placed have still not been dispatched with no rationale as to why (checked order history).
I have not received any communication, payment has been taken, but I have no idea how long my main order will be.

Flawless
I ordered late in a Friday night and received my prints on the Tuesday. Prints were done flawlessly and exactly as ordered, colour, hue, contrast and I say this as a professional photographer. Will be using again.
