You never ever trust this company, they are not even a company as they claim. Save your money and do all the work yourself.
Not professional at all, not competent. rubbish service, rubbish managers. Have no clue how to deal with customers.
They want all their money upfront because they know they are very bad service provider.

Awful experience. I ordered a kids climbing frame. On the day of delivery they sent a picture and the product was completely different to what I had ordered. For example they had run out of the rocks I ordered and just decided to make their own design with what they had. Eventually they said they will refund as they could not deliver the complete product - but 3 months later I still have no received my full refund. They have ignored my messages and are not planning on refunding my money.

Dubai Wood Works (Majlis Amani Carpentry LLC SOC) was very proactive on the WhatsApp chat till I paid 4000 DH and when they arrived to install my furniture they refused to come inside until I paid the remaining 4000 dh. they installed extremely badly, never answered calls afterward. and after paying a total of 8k, they beds are breaking! extremely unacceptable. DO NOT use them!

I have had an amazing experience with Dubaiwoodworks. They have built the most amazing bedroom for my son. We are very grateful for making it happen and in such a challenging timeframe. Highly recommend. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience from start to finish with Mubeen from Dubai woodworks.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. Since I was overseas, I was initially hesitant about choosing the right vendor, but Mubeen made the entire experience stress-free.

Despite the short notice, they coordinated the production, delivery and installation perfectly and completed everything right on time for my neices birthday gift. They were also very accommodating with the payment terms, which I truly appreciated as I was reluctant to pay entire amount upfront.

The quality of the product and the level of customer service exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company.

Dubai Wood Works (Majlis Amani Carpentry LLC SOC) was very proactive on the WhatsApp chat till I paid AED1500/- towards 50% of the cost of a drop top desk. The person on the company WhatsApp began to avoid me the following day when I asked to see if the specifications as per the advertisement were being implemented. A person with a Pakistani SIM then began to pursue for the remaining 50% saying that installation would be done only after receipt of the remaining AED1500/-. I demanded to see pictures of the progress but there was silence and after much effort I got a refund of AED1000/- while AED500/- is still pending. I have reported them to the DED and hope there will be justice shown. It is disappointing that these companies manage to have websites with the product images from a well known brand being advertised to mislead us.

I ordered, paid a deposit to receive a playhouse by Christmas.
They respond very quickly to all my initial messages.
They did not deliver. They asked for more money to complete the paintwork which I refused.
I found a whatsapp group with many people in the same situation.
Sadly nothing could be done from DED.

This company are a scam. I ordered a bed on the 11 November 2024 and was told 10 working days delivery. It’s been over 3 months and they didn’t deliver anything and told me it’s a ‘no refund policy’. They don’t answer my calls or messages after taking my money. I have reported them to the police and DED complaint. I have been told by the inspector that their trading license has been blocked and accounts however They are still active on the website. They are also using AND still active on ‘PINEANDOAK.AE WEBSITE and DUBAIWOOD WORKS. Using Facebook and instagram. These gangs need to be arrested for stealing from innocent families. My instagram is Twilighttuli, if anyone is suffering like me please message me so we can gather everyone together and make a case on them.

I purchased an outdoor storage shed online and paid in full on the 20th of November 2024. I was told delivery would take 10 working days. It is now the 17th of January and I have not received any goods to date. I have followed up on numerous occasions, but the company support team is unable to provide any information about when delivery will take place. The company is now not responding to my texts, nor taking my calls. I am not sure at this stage if I will get the shed or my money back. When I asked for a refund I was told that the company does not have a returns policy.

Update: it's 15 of February 2025 and still no goods received. Seems it is a scam. Please do not purchase from this "company". Trading as DubaiWoodworks and PineandOak.ae on the Internet and Instagram.

I ordered a kids indoor gym from this company. I actually found them on instagram and the gyms looked nice. Within hours (literally ) of the gym being installed the monkey bars started cracking and breaking ( my eldest kid is only 25 kg, mind you). What is worse I messaged them and they said they would repair in two days. They didn’t show up and then blocked me on WhatsApp and instagram. They are not picking up the phone.
