Duke's Gaming Avis 

First time customer. I pre-ordered 3 items. Never received an e-mail that order was shipped nor tracking number for it. I only got to know it was by red notes in my mailbox. I sent an initial e-mail asking about shipment on Friday 1st (release day of products), never received an answer. Upon collecting it, I noticed one of the items is wrong. I found the phone number and contacted them about it. Later I received an e-mail back from Luke, who was very helpful with sorting this problem out. Thanks a lot for that!
I give 4* mainly due to no response to initial e-mail and no shipment update, which is crucial for me as I have issues with Royal Mail notoriously not delivering to my address, and even just sending parcels back to the seller.

Awesome ordering experience via the Discord community and regular updates on the order. When I turned up to collect my items, Duke was (as always) a pleasure to deal with/chat to - very welcoming and knowledgeable. And the healthy discount on RRP is welcome too!

The staff were very polite and helpful and I enjoyed playing card games.

Very welcoming as I came into the building, processed my order very quickly. Staff are polite and helpful with suggestions, & have great knowledge of their product.

Dukes gaming is one of the best gaming communities I’ve been apart of. There is an amazing family feel, where anyone is welcome. the perfect place for all your hobby, tcg and miniature gaming needs from amazing selection of paints and tools for minis. Wide selection of games come in and play. Large selection of TCGs. Good selection of dice for TTRPGs. An after school club on a Friday It’s the best place in Pontypool. Must visit for all things table top gaming!

Everything you'd want a friendly local gaming store to be. Friendly, knowledgeable owner. Great facilities in a good location in Pontypool town, close to multiple parking options and food outlets. Good level of stock. Tables to hire for gaming. Very little (or no) 4/5G signal but there's WiFi available if you join a (payable) gaming group. It's just a really good example of a small gaming store.

Only place I could find a particular game in stock. Good price & quick delivery.
