Excellent service,
The blocked drain was accessed quickly and assessed for evidence of the block.
External drains were also assessed to locate the main problem and enable a much 'cleaner' unblocking solution.
The block was removed and follow up guidance given to prevent reoccurances.
The area was left clean and tidy afterwards.
Call out time was also great, booked around midday with engineer arriving at 3 with booking confirmation and one hour notice call to confirm

Alex rang me before arriving gave me enough time to arrive at the property. Looked at the job without any hesitation he knew what the problem was. He got his tools and unblocked the drain. He is so polite, patient and knows his job well. Definitely should I use Dyno Rod me personally I’d ask for Alex.

John was amazing!
John was great! Came out nice and early to fix a blocked toilet (due to my own stupidity, top tip guys.. dont flush wax covered cotton pads... its ALWAYS a stupid idea) he made me feel less stupid by assuring me he had seen worse and then just cracked on! He cleared the blockage really quickly and then found an underlying issue of bad hard scale build up which was causing all the pipes and stuff to be really narrow (apprently it was only a matter of time until we had a blockage of some sort) - he spent a little while clearing all that out and gave me some tips to help prevent build up and was on his way.
Yes it can be pricey (£190 odd) but they tell you the price before they arrive so there is no nasty surprises, and considering I booked the appointment at 11.30 last night and I had an engineer here before 8.30 the next day (could gave been anytime between 8am and 6pm), I would pay for that convenience again! Great service, lovely engineer! Thanks a lot 😆

Very quick turnaround
Very quick turnaround. They called to confirm the appointment and cost. Our man Will called us and let us know what time he'd be there and he was very prompt. He was friendly and polite and talked me through the procedure before carrying it out. 10 mins and he was done. Give the man a raise!

Kitchen drain now running, however due to a bend in the pipe couldn’t be cleared 100% - in addition to the £198 paid I had a quote for £400 + to Clear 100% - I feel this a quite excessive fee?

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. We had to fight to get the work that was agreed on completed. The office staff were very polite, which cannot be said for the manager or head plumber.

Help needed
Phoned Dyno Friday re a drain smell issue, booked an appointment for Tuesday, would have been Monday but bank holiday, Daniel arrived and after a chat about the issue proceeded to eliminate a few possibilities, then found the problem and dealt with it very professionally. Would definitely use Dyno again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a blocked drain at the back of property. Booked a call out online at 10.30am and problem was cleared by 16:00. Lewis was very professional and friendly. Clear concise quote with no hidden charges.
