Tom went above and beyond in a situation that was impossible to fix without changing the whole drain system - he worked really hard at giving us a temporary solution until we could get our pipes replaced. We’re really grateful. Thankyou Tom.

Rainwater drains cleared
Cleared silt out of my rainwater drains. Water seems to be flowing now. The engineer gave me the contact number of Highways if I have problems in the future.

Super quick and very helpful
I filled out an online form late Sunday night and they were with me by lunchtime on Monday. Turns out we didn’t have a drain problem, we had a deceased rodent problem! They didn’t charge us a call-out fee and were extremely helpful. 10 out of 10 service.

Great experience.
I was surprised how quickly they came out and unblocked my sewage drain which has been invaded by tree roots. The guy was very friendly and very efficient. Thankyou so much.

Great professional service.
Timely, diagnosis with camera, unblocked and left clean and tidy. Nice people to deal with. DynoRod have the right kit and the right training. I always call them when drainage problems arise.

Excellent Plumber Michael from Dyno plumbing
Michael the plumber from Dyno plumbing was excellent. He asked what the problems were and was very professional.
He fixed a problem with a leak from pipes from.boiler that leaked on garage floor.
He also fixed a pop up plug that kept getting stuck. He got straight on with work needed. Completed jobs excellently. Highly recommend Dyno Plumbing

Noticed a blocked drain outside on…
Noticed a blocked drain outside on Saturday and booked an appointment online for the next day (surprisingly Sunday was an option). Good communication and clear pricing (annoyingly my BG Homecare plan didn’t include drains). They arrrived on time and fixed the issue with a minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend.

Great service
Although they can be more expensive than others I believe, they were the only people that answered at all on a Saturday evening! They explained what the price would be (as I don't have British Gas cover) and told me someone would call me in one hour. In fact, Dan called me about 30 minutes later and said he could be with me in the next 35 mins. On arrival, he went through all the things we'd tried as he wanted to prevent us having to pay if it was something simple before he went to get the kit. It turned out to be a blocked drain that was stopping the toilet from flushing properly, he used a jet washer to clean the drain and checked the waste pipes, which he said were not too bad, when he finished, he was able to answer my questions about condition and where the problem had been. It was very stressful when it happened, but Dan made it a far less stressful experience when he arrived. I've never used DynoRod before, but based on this first experience, I would definitely use again.

Sewage coming up out of drain
I had noticed sewage coming up through my drain so contacted my local council who put me through to their maintenance who contacted dyno rod they attended the same afternoon as rung he turned up very polite very informative and sorted the problem within an hour very professional
