Friendly and respectful. It was hard to find my drains but the Dynorod was persistent and finally found their route on the 3rd visit . This information was requested from me for a would be buyer.

The price, wow!!
The price! Less than 30 mins and cost £195???
Surely a progressive pricing would be more appropriate. Chap was pleasant but didn't go the extra yard and lift a couple of manholes to check drain was cleared.
Wasn't given a price until literally 30 mins before arrival.
Sorry dyno rod I'll shop around in future.
I've upped my original score from 3 to 4, if they did halves I'd give them 4.5.
I was contacted by 2 separate people from Dynorod, that wished to put right, the experience.
Paul came and met me onsite and two other guys joined us, they lifted 6 manholes to find a "flow". Couldn't ask for more (maybe cheaper)! Thanks. Happy customer.

I'm very sorry you weren't happy with the cost of your job. We always try to provide value for money on every job that we attend but on this occasion it hasn't happened. Very efficient and nice
Booked them for a blocked outside drain. They called before the job was booked to go through the pricing and to double check why I recommended they bring two people to help save me money. They arrived on time and fixed the problem straight away explaining what they were doing every step. Matthew and Paul were very efficient and genuinely nice guys. Thank you.

Cleared block drain
The engineer arrived quickly and soon cleared my blocked drain. He washed everything down and put a camera down. He explained everything and advised me what to do next.

Scott the engineer excellent! He completed unblocking…
Scott the engineer completed unblocking in quite a short time. He then washed out thoroughly the gullies at the rear of the bungalow. He rechecked all with a camera twice. The sump is clear now and pipe unblocked.
Scott was exceedingly friendly explains all he was doing. An excellent engineer in my view and experience.

Representative excellent and Good Service
Initial call - questions asked, re external drains - all explained and no pressure.
Representative, Lawrence, was amazing - fixed the problem & advised on future upkeep. Very professional and knowledgable.
Coincidentally and just prior to him leaving - an internal domestic leak happened - Lawrence noticed, helped and then went beyond the call of duty and put in an emergency call for us. Put my mind at rest.
Recommend this service and especially Lawrence. Super star 🌟

Scott, the plumber, turned up on time. He carried out necessary work to clear partially blocked drain. This was done expeditiously.

Very quick call-out
Very quick call-out for a sewer blockage on New Years Day. Price agreed upfront and everything made clear to me so there were no surprises. Engineer arrived within an hour and fully resolved the blockage and cleaned everything up within 45 minutes. Really very good service.

Leaky tap fixed!
We had a leaky tap on our bath tub. Riley was our plumber who came out mid morning as promised, he assessed the tap and managed to fix it up for us despite there not being much room to work in!
At first due to the small space he was going to try and fix the leak but after another assessment he decided to replace the whole tap so everything works smooth!
He worked efficiently and was super friendly with us! Would recommend them to anyone!
