Scott contacted me 30 mins before he arrived. He was very professional, knew what needed to be done and addressed the issue quickly without any fuss. Scott was very helpful and polite leaving the area clean.

Very quick attendance directly after the bank holiday. Tom was meticulous and honest and went out of his way to ensure my drains were all in good working order. I’ve used Dyno rod kent at home and work for many years and they are incredibly reliable.

From my distressed phone call to you, you were at my house within an hour and within another hour, you had fixed the problem. My rods were recovered and disinfected drains unblocked and everything left tidy. Steve was very professional, helpful and very kind

Superb service
Arrived on time notifying me in advance that he was on his way. I think our blockage was worse than expected but he persevered and managed to clear it. I was impressed with the amount of equipment he had to call on. Would definitely recommend and use again if necessary.

Fantastic service
From the initial contact call at 08.05 to the completion of the work at 13.15 dealing with everyone involved was a pleasure. The service was absolutely fantastic; each step was explained in a kind and reassuring way that I was able to follow and on the strength of my experience today I would happily recommend Dyno rod as a first class service.

Wouldn't use them if they paid me
After paying British gas an extortionate amount of money every month for home care they send these clowns to fix a leak because British Gas supposedly don't fix leaks! Anyway however first time I booked an engineer & booked a day off work they didn't turn up but didn't tell me until late afternoon. Fast forward 2 weeks later when an engineer actually showed up late afternoon diagnosed what they thought was the problem said could get the part in next day when they rang to check. Then we had to ring them to get another appointment. Another week/ 2 weeks when they were supposed to fix my leak...didn't turn up and was told they couldn't get the part which was a lie as I was told the previous day they had the part. Now having lost 2 days wages I had to fight to get a appointment in a weeks time, this time the guy who arrived didn't know why he was there and had to order the part he said he fixed the problem that day but didn't check before he left and surprise its still leaking! Another week later I get a call on the day booked by an engineer that is coming to look at my leak but then tells me is not qualified to fix it????? So another week later I'm now waiting in once again for them to arrive. Another 2 weeks later my leak was finally fixed. I wouldn't use this compact if they paid me!

Visit to change kitchen tap.
Dyno rod engineer visited my property in Brook Street, Erith on Wednesday to change our kitchen tap. I forgot his name but the guy was incredibly polite and highly expert at his job. He completed the job well, provided good information to us and was very professional. He was excellent.

They were quick and efficient and cleared the blockage straight away.

Had a leak around the bath
Had a leak around the bath. Plumber attended and quickly I.D the problem. Rectified it.
Plumber was excellent . Very good service.
I may pay a but extra for Dyno Rod but if you want a good job done it's best to get a company you can trust.

We recently had a persistent kitchen…
We recently had a persistent kitchen sink blockage that had been causing a lot of stress at home. Another company had “fixed” it before, but their work was only a temporary patch that ended up wasting our time and money.
Lawrence came to the rescue and was an absolute professional from start to finish. He was genuine, polite, and took the time to carefully identify and properly solve the problem. His expertise and attention to detail were evident in every step, and he made sure the blockage was fixed thoroughly — no quick fixes, just quality work.
We are so relieved and grateful for his excellent service. Thank you, Lawrence, for doing the job right the first time! Highly recommended

Can’t thank Steve enough!!
Can honestly say Dyno-Rod has saved my sanity!! Took them about 2 hours to arrive after I requested someone to come. So so quick!!
After not having a functioning toilet for 6 days, Steve came to save the day! He did not give up even when southern water and others said they couldn’t do it.
He persisted and finally cleared the blockage!!
I am so so grateful. Thank you Steve!! You are a legend!!

Fast & efficient
I called Dyno-Rod today at 12.45 as we had an overflowing drain at my business.
By 2pm we had an engineer at the property and was all fixed by 3pm.
Very happy with the speedy service 🙌
