Potential snagging issue - Foul smell understood
Hi, we emailed Dyno-Rod and they booked us in very fast after we noticed a foul smell in one of the bathrooms in our new house. No call-out charge.
Steven was great. Very courteous, approachable and friendly. He quickly reassured us that a potential snagging/missives issue was indeed absolutely fine. It was really a joy to have his professional expertise oversee what could have been a tricky situation should there have been work needed. Not at any point did we feel like he was rushing us or annoyed that he had been called out.

Leaking pipe behind washing machine
Purchased a new washing machine and the drain pipe at the rear started to leak. Called Dyno-Rod and Michael arrived and explained some new washing machine models pushes out the waste water at a stronger rate than the older ones. He ordered a new part for the drain pipe and fitted it the next day. All fixed now, very pleased.

Had Stuart and a trainee from Glasgow office
Initial call out was via BG home care for shower mixer fault - Stuart came out advised not covered via home care but discussed options, £90 labour cost if we supplied new shower. While there he confirmed unit we found looked compatible and he would arrange reattend later in the week - we agreed 3 days in case issues getting new shower.
Friday comes, they both attend, I was kept fully informed through whole process, new unit fitted and tested
No mess left, training conducted at various times during their visit but did not disrupt or delay resolution. Trainee performed the job but was fully supervised the whole time.
Apologies if this gets fed back to you both but I’m horrible with names and could only remember one

Gerrard from Dyno-Rod did an excellent job in resolving problem by replacing washers to a leaking shower. He was helpful and discussed the problem through with me. A first class job.

First class service from Joe at Dynorod
First class service from Dynorod in arranging an appointment with a couple of hours of reporting a blocked drain, via Sedgwick ( on behalf of Policy Expert Insurance).
I was then really impressed with the comprehensive way that Joe cleared the initial drainage blockage - and then took the time to check out the source, further down the drive.
Excellent customer service from Joe! A credit to your company.

Bathroom Tap replacements
Ryan was very helpful and came back twice to get the job done, it was tricky work in an older property.
He waited for me at the property as I was running late from work, I appreciated this & made things a lot easier for me getting the job completed.

Staff great and friendly
Staff great and friendly. Got quote fast. Unfortunately give health and safety requiring scaffolding to be brought from Glasgow to do a ten minute job and greatly increasing the cost will no go ahead with job. However, will consider for future work

Life Savers
Brian and Willie took on a job for me whilst I was on holiday and only my daughter was at home with the blocked toilet . The took complete control of the job and let me know when it was sorted. Great and fast service just as the holiday weekend should have been starting. Thank you again guys!!! ❤️

Flush pipe replacement
Had a flush pipe and toilet push button replaced today. Stuart, who carried out the work, was friendly, professional and courteous (called me prior to arrival). Job was completed promptly. I would highly recommend using Dyno-Rod for plumbing work.

Awful company
Awful company, Booked appointment to fix leak in kitchen, All good i have been booked in for 24/03/26. Recieve text in morning to say plumber will be with me anytime between 8am- 6pm and will contact me before hand to let me know when on way, Excellent i thought!!!! Waited in all day and nothing, no call no text nothing. Day wasted, Still no contact the nextday, And then i get this text to tell the world what a great service it was! Joke of a company and a waste of time.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Have now been waiting 4 weeks to have a radiator installed. Had 3 appointments the latest one today. When the engineer arrived he informed me that he doesn’t fit radiators at the weekend. They only do emergencies. This was the appointment I was given from them. Does anyone at the company know what they are doing!

Extremely happy with work carried out by engineer Gerald Gordon. So helpful from the first visit giving me a quote to completing the job. Very professional I have no complaints whatsoever. I will 100% recommend Dyno-Rod for any work and won’t hesitate to use them again!
