Always have great service from Dyno with really nice engineers. This time no exception - both Paul and Phil really lovely chaps! Everything is always left clean and tidy - brilliant.

I called out dynorod for my blocked washing machine. Jay was so friendly, professional and helpful and definitely didn't overcharge! Sally on the phone was lovely and helpful too. Would definitely recommend.

My problem was attended 4 days ago and solved. It came back yesterday 😥. I contacted Dyno-Rod again with the same job reference number and it was attended again the same day and solved. What a great service. Thank you so much Dyno-Rod and Mark, not many companies give you that service. 5*****

Found Dyno after a terrible experience with a competitor, Drain Doctor. See brackets for the differences. Booking was easy online (instead of trying to call a number which was rarely answered), date was scheduled first time (without having to chase over the course of a week), engineer came out (within a day) and completed drain investigation on-site at the time and had necessary tools in van (unlike competitor). Price was reasonable (again unlike competitor) and Lawrence, my engineer, was outstanding. Great service can’t fault it

Woman turned up and then packed up as it wasn’t a British Gas Job. Said will come back following day between 9-10. Guess what? Didn’t turn up. Called Dyno-Plumb who said someone will call me as job not booked in.

Avoid this time wasting jobs worth of a company who clearly hire useless plumbers.

Accidentally drilled through a water pipe on a Sunday afternoon! After calling Dyno-Rod they sent someone round to fix the problem within a couple of hours. Dan was able to fix the problem fairly quickly all for a reasonable price. Thank you!

Professional, competent and friendly service. I was impressed with the plumber who came to resolve leaking pipe. She kept me informed throughout. The second plumber who came along later was equally professional, competent and friendly. They made a disaster with my leaking pipes, holes in ceiling more bearable by the way they treated me with respect and understanding

James was excellent, arrived early and fixed the issue. Telling us throughout what had happened and what he had done to fix it
