The engineer that came to my home was brilliant - very polite and explained everything clearly. However, the service leading up to that was very frustrating. I suggested in my booking notes that a camera would be needed but they still sent someone to unblock the drain without a camera. When the engineer arrived he agreed from the notes that he would need a camera. He proceeded with the unblocking only to conclude a camera was needed. £195 well spent (not) + a quote of £280+VAT for a drain cover inspection. Will definitely avoid Dyno-Rod in the future and support independent traders instead.

Excellent Service. Tony was with us within an hour of calling on a Sunday. He rang and gave us a 30 minute heads up. He diagnosed the blockage, and was very thorough in dealing with the problem inspiring confidence.

Really prompt response and out very quickly, polite, friendly and efficient, taking care to ensure all was done to our satisfaction.

Ian came to unblock a severely blocked drain. He knew what he was doing, and took the time to clean up. He also checked the main pipe with a camera, and gave advice on how to maintain the drain. Very happy with the service.
