Excellent service
Excellent service, reported at 7.30am Andy arrived at 9am. Roded pipe and the toilet was working again. Andy also advised us on the problem.

Issue solved professionally Sunday emergency call out
Emergency call out arrived within 6 hours on a Sunday. Brett called ahead when he was en route and unblocked the drain in under an hour in the dark. He took the time to make sure all wastes were flowing without issue into the drain. Would definitely recommend in emergency situations .

Supposedly unblocked my loo but its exactly the same as before, water backing up.
190 quid for nothing.
2nd call out engineer claimed maybe its an issue with the waste pipe and to call a plumber in case it backs up again. Plumber said the toilets blocked!
Never got a call beforehand regarding prices either. Was under the impression it was a free call out if it cant be fixed . No guarantee and toilet still not working correctly

190 quid. Toilet still same. First call out said it was fixed. 2nd call out said it was fixed. Report says still a slow flow. Toilet still same. Advised a plumber. Plumber seems to think its blocked. Not sure explanation in report was enough for me to sort the problem out. Customer service said faulty plumbing so no guarantee. It's been fine for 12 years. Now stuck as clearer diagnosis required.

Really helpful drain expert
The man who came called 15 mins ahead and was great and really helpful - although time will tell if the weird drain smell I’ve had for a year has gone. I’ve marked my review 4 stars as I think the time slots could be narrowed down. I had to be prepared to stay in from 8 am until 6 pm on my day off for something that wasn’t an emergency. Surely the time slots could be narrowed down to morning or afternoon? Fortunately he arrived just after 10 am…

Best customer service I have experienced for a long time
I was really surprised how fast they turned up. The two lads were fantastic, fixed the issue swiftly and even took the time to explain the cause. 10/10 for customer service.
I would also like to mention the customer service rep I spoke to. Once again 10/10 for customer satisfaction, no hard sell and made you feel at ease.

A job well done
The gentleman that came to help me, Scott, was brilliant. He explained everything throughout, reassured me as I was very anxious about the issue, and sorted it out as quickly as possible. Not the cheapest but based on recent negative experiences with other tradesmen, you get what you pay for.
My only gripe is the main call centre. They promised me that an engineer was on their way as they were a 24/7 service, however this is not actually the case. That doesn’t stop me recommending this company though.

Fast call-out and excellent service
Fast call-out: the guy was here within 90 minutes of my call. Quickly diagnosed the problem of a blocked drain which had been made more complicated by a failed attempt
by my usual plumber to clear the blockage. My plumber had left half his rods down the drain. The Dyno-Rod guy used a jet blaster to clear the blockage and retrieve the lost rods. He explained the cause of the blockage and recommended a camera survey which I may be able to get done by the water company as it is likely at the road end. It was pretty expensive but I think as it was a call-out at 7:30 pm and he drove the width of Yorkshire to get to me and did such a good job, it is a reasonable fee to charge. I would thoroughly recommend Dyno-Rod based on this experience.
