We had a blockage at our property and…
We had a blockage at our property and decided to call Dyno Rod .. a reputable company. They were very helpful and professional on the telephone. They gave us a rough time and date. They kept me informed of their approximate time which was helpful. The guy who attended was very professional and managed to clear the blockage and hosed down the area afterwards leaving it clean.
Would definitely recommend if you require any drain problems rectifying.

Very good service
Easy to sort appointment, the guy who came friendly and efficient. It was not a drainage problem in the end but identified problem and hopefully can get it sorted.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish! Rang at gone 9pm and spoke directly with a person (not an automated machine) and then the engineer rang me. We agreed a convenient time for him to come round and fix the issue. He arrived on time and was very professional, friendly and polite. My 6 year old daughter thought he was very smart in his uniform! Quickly resolved the issue and cleaned up! No one wants to pay for this kind of thing but it had to be done and I paid happily for decent service! Thanks Andy. Pleasure to have met you.

Fantastic service end-to-end
Fantastic service end-to-end. Main drain outside our house was totally backed up and in a matter of hours of reporting it, Brett came along and got the huge blockage removed rapidly and efficiently. He made every effort to clean up the area afterwards too. Great stuff. Thanks to Brett but no thanks to the previous residents who clearly treated sinks, toilets and drains as bins for years...

Came within a few hours of calling them and sorted the problem out. Expensive but when your bathroom plumbing is backing up it's a relief just to have it done.

Brilliant service
Anthony came to my house today and he was very polite and professional. I explained our issue and that it had gone on for over 2 weeks. He said he would find the issue and true to his word he did, he was very meticulous and comprehensive throughout bringing the job to its completion.

Dyno-Rod did a great job
Dyno-Rod did a great job. I believe the guy was called Bret, he was efficient and solved the problem. A blocked sewage drain. This guy obviously works hard, it was his 10 th job of the day and did what he had to do.

Came back to our apartment to find…
Came back to our apartment to find sewage backed up in our main toilet, bath and shower. I was unable to clear the drain. Dyno rod came out within a few hours and fixed the problem very quickly. A friendly and efficient service at a reasonable price quoted in advance.

Drain blocked at my mother’s address. Rang Dyno Rod and within 2 hours had one of their colleagues at the address. They kept me updated and gave me a time they would be arriving. Arrived on time. Very professional. Really nice guy who did the work.

Cannot fault this company. Very professional . Communication was excellent and the engineer who was on site telephoned to say he was on way and turned up on time. Would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Problem not resolved and complaint ignored
I’ve already complained about the dreadful experience and I’ve had no response. I requested a call out to unblock a toilet and grey waste pipe. The technician turned up without the right equipment, drilled a hole in a the toilet downpipe, made a nasty mess and charged me £95 and left. I was told I’d have to ‘start the process again’ and pay a full callout fee (£185) to get the blockage unblocked. I called again to get things sorted and I’ve had zero response. I’m very disappointed as I’ve had a great experience in the past, and trusted them with this job. Completely let down.
