I found eagle music when looking for a specific type of Banjo String. After buying that item I have returned a number of times to buy a whole array of accessories that I wouldn't find with ease anywhere else. I bought Tenor Guitar recently which are never found in main street music shops, the instrument came in my requested tuning and set-up at no extra charge, this again is a service rarely found in Guitar Shops. Finally, you get personal customer service, with great communication.

Prices are often cheaper than most but they also include a free setup = You won't receive an unchecked instrument from a warehouse. Delivery is free and fast using a good courier. Good advice if you phone and it's nice to know it is a real shop should you ever want to visit.

Having discussed at length over the phone and been given a lot of information I purchased a lovely mango ukulele last week.
It arrived promptly and very well packaged.
I had requested a strap button , strap ,bag and lower G string all of which it arrived with.
The staff were very knowledgeable and patient .
I would highly recommend buying from Eagle Music Shop and wish I lived near enough to visit.
I would definitely buy another instrument from them.

Just to put this in context, I am a professional musician and composer and have used a lot of instrument sellers.

I messaged an initial enquiry about stock of an Ozark tenor banjo. I received a response from Matt suggesting that I look at the Deering range, which had actually been my initial idea. I then messaged Matt an enquiry about the differences between about 6 models in the same ball park and he gave me a helpful and frank explanation and at no point did I feel he was trying to "sell" me one over the other, simply advising as a musician. He could not have been more helpful and in the end I settled for an Erin Doolin model. It arrived perfectly setup and I honestly could not be happier with both the instrument and the service.

Although I am an old guitar player, I always yearned for a banjo. Just loved the sound. I've played guitar for 50 years but needed something else. Did my research and decided that a Deering banjo was the best value for money on the market. Researched retailers and decided to call Eaglemusic. Chatted to Matt who was very patient and professional. Decided to go for the deering goodtime starter pack as it included various extras that were needed but at a much reduced price. Jules was so helpful during my purchase and I received my banjo promptly. WOW What a sound. Perfectly set up and ready to go. I wish I could give Eagle 10 stars. I highly recommend this company if you intend buying a banjo.

I play acoustic guitar and the 5 string banjo. This is a very useful shop for anything you might need to do with these instruments. I've bought various fingerpicks, strings, strap buttons and banjo D tuners from them.You name it, they probably have it. Great customer service too.

Awful service - ordered an item only to be inform nearly a week later that it wasn't in stock.

I have ordered items via the website on a number of occasions. Delivery has always been prompt.

This was again when I've received excellent customer service. I bought Vega banjo and it arrived super quick, properly set and in tank proof package. Out of the box: I didn't even have to tune it. I enjoyed the instrument straight away.
Same happened when I bought Goodtime banjo few years ago.
They may not be the super fast with replying to emails but they are amazingly helpful when on the phone call.
I strongly recommend this shop based on my experirnce.

Communication from Eagle Music Shop is brilliant and the service is extremely quick.

I bought some harmonicas from them and found the they are cheaper than other places, they have a lot of stock including unusual tunings and to boot they processed the order at lightening speed.

Just recieved a beautiful deering banjo as a birthday present. The delivery company messed up but the shop rectified it immediately and were very professional. I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you Rachel for your support.

I love this store. The staff are really friendly and knowledgable without being pushy. There's a great selection of quality instruments that you can try out in store too. I've bought a few items here and I love the whole experience. They price matched too, which is brilliant. Best music store I've found.

Rachel, Steve and the team are the best. The service at this shop is second to none. I recently bought a Deering Eagle II tenor banjo from them and they made me feel so welcome in the shop that I felt like a celeb. Their expertise and knowledge of banjos, guitars, ukes. sqeezeboxes etc is infinate as is their courtecy, with the low prices too, what more could you wish.
