I didn't like one book price that was tiny on arrival. I thought it was authors normal size. However it was an extract of a story between two of her series of books

A generally good choice of books.
The website is very efficient and there are very interesting books available. The choice of books could be more comprehensive and there needs to be more clarity in verifying that points have been added on to the loyalty card, when applicable.
