Fine Service
The service from Eastwood Sound and Vision was fine. A good product, at a reasonable price, delivered swiftly.
We bought a DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor. There are many reviews of that online, but despite still not understanding everything it can do, it's already earning its keep.
A good purchase!

Parcel received with missing items and no support from anyone
Please be aware while ordering with these people. I have not received all the items and 2 items were missing and now no one is helping here to get the refund...

We take matters like this very seriously, and as you know we have spent a lot of time looking into this for you and have refunded what you are owed. If you are unhappy with the outcome of our decision and any further concrete evidence has come to light which shows us the parcels were not delivered and contradict what the delivery company have said, we would prefer you get in touch with us directly rather than leaving reviews which are just untrue. We take pride in our efforts to ensure our customers are happy and as a small independent family run business negative reviews can tarnish our extremely good name.
