Don't overexpect them to meet your request fully. They'll process what they want to release anyway without asking you if it would be helpful compared to the need you had in applying.
I liked the staff, the quick disbursement and services were good. The processed amount compared to what I had requested was a great disappointment. It wouldn't help meet even the smallest percentage of the need i had.
