Hi i have been wanting to get the garage shed but it has been a slow process my end due to chasing up permission from other units in my complex through their rental companies(as other units are tenanted out) Council planning & now have to get a surveyor in before I can get council approval. Now struggling with poor health BUT
Wanted to let Anyone thinking of buying a shed or garage how Amazing EasyShed are and how how FANTASTIC My consultant RYAN has been... He has been amazing, helping Me with plans etc. His commitment, communication & understanding has been OUTSTANDING.

Contacted Easy Shed to get a copy of the assembly instructions for a 3.75 x 1.9 garden shed emailed to me. Kimmy was super helpful and sent me a link to the manual so had immediate access. Great work Kimmy !

Being able to communicate with a sales rep direct is so unusual these days. Thank you Ryan for your prompt replies to my queries. Choosing a shed size, style and colour can be daunting. You made the ordering easy once I knew what I wanted. The whole process from order to delivery was quick and efficient. So now to the erection of the shed. Will get back to you on that.

Absolutely terrible experience with Easyshed. The shed didn’t come as per the instructions, the parts didn’t align properly, and the measurements were completely off. Nothing about it was “easy” – I ended up having to pay someone else just to figure out how to assemble it, and even they were shocked at the poor quality and inaccurate specs.

This product is a complete waste of time and money. The materials are flimsy, the instructions are useless, and the end result? A crooked, overpriced eyesore. Save yourself the stress – look elsewhere.

i ordered the shed 3 months ago, it was supposed to be delivered to my property it wasn't. they agreed that it was then changed email chain to say it wasn't. After extorting additional money out of me to get it to my property 3 months later it still hasn't arrived. I have requested a refund they have gone quiet. they cant seem to find my shed or confidently tell me where it is. i will be taking further. do not buy from this company. Im currently of the belief that they are scammers, they keep promising it is coming even gave me a date 2nd of june. i took time of work which cost me 750 $. almost 20 emails later still no ,shed but approx $1200 out of pocket plus the loss of money for the day off for the invisible delivery. ill be raising a case against them for this bullshit. buy at you local you will get a better product and better service and likely a shed.

I jumped on the site having lost my instructions. Spoke to the chatbot which then connected my to Ryan. He was able to help immediately. The initial delivery of the shed was similarly great. Well done guys.
