Amazing top quality service.
Our son made his first car purchase from eCars247 this month and what a fantastic team they are. From the explanations, communication and support right through to collection of the car these guys made the whole experience as enjoyable as possible for an excited 18 year old. To top it off he has received a most appropriate and thoughtful thank you gift from them today. Top service and fantastic team. I bought a car online! Staff were brilliant from start to finish. Would highly recommend eCars247. They were friendly, polite, professional, helpful and supportive. Really gave me a sense of understanding about making this big decision and they took me through step by step in all the finance paperwork. Great support service with WhatsApp, email and telephone.
Car delivery was fab..in its own little trailer, very exciting. Car in immaculate condition as seen and described on website.

Never bought a car online, so it goes without saying its nerve raking, but the whole process was smooth and easy and all in all trouble free.
I would seriously recommend this company to anyone.

Five star
Saw an Audi A4 on auto trader, phoned up for info, ended up buying. Dave Canon was great the whole way through the process, always at the end of the phone if I needed, great service and help throughout. The car is incredible and the delivery driver Joe was great taking me through all the features of the car.

Fantastic service from all of the team, David was great. I was nervous buying a car and it arriving next day so I drove up to see it and left with 2 week no hassle return policy. I part exchanged my car and the next day decided I not only wanted to keep my new one but wanted the old one back for my husband. Sold straight back, same price not even an admin fee. I mentioned a couple of things with the new car and the team were quick to say get it checked out during the 2 week window. Transferring a ton of cash was a worry
I have to be honest transferring a ton of cash for my car without having seen it or the premises or the sales person was a leap of faith. They based in Liverpool me based in Essex caused me a few hours sleep.
I need not have worried the whole transaction from start to finish was seamless would highly recommend

Staff are amazing
Staff are amazing! Buying a car could not be made simpler, you pick the one you like online, turn up and basically have a week test drive (250 miles) and then make your decision. Whilst I am sure all the staff work to the very high standard set a big shout out to David, Jenny & Michael who were my guardians through this process. Whilst I can not say everything was perfect with the car initially (which staff did everything to resolve as quickly as possible) these people kept in touch constantly, not annoyingly like a waiter at a restaurant, to see me through every stage... 10/10 never mind 5 stars!
