Excellent customer service from start to end. Polite friendly staff who definitely went the extra mile. The whole process of buying and part exchanging my own vehicle was explained in detail backed up with emails giving more detail. Happy to answer any questions and always available.
New car was as described and over 60 images forwarded to me. Reasonable price and in excellent condition.

A totally different car buying experience with attention to detail and an absolute focus on customer care. They didn't have the car I wanted in stock so sourced a few to choose from, with spec to match my requirements and looked after me from start to finish. I'd use them again without hesitation... Unbelievably good service from the whole E-Cars 24/7 team, straight from the get go they honestly couldn’t do anymore for you, I never leave reviews however as the service I have received from purchasing my first car with them to then purchasing my second has been so exemplary it would of been rude of me to of not. Absolutely quality service from everyone at eCars247 from the start !!
We purchased an Evoque from them which they sourced to our spec and was perfect 👌🏻
Unfortunately after a week we had a slight issue with the car as the previous owner was a smokers( I was then dubious to see about the 14 day return policy )
Chris,Jenny and David you did not disappoint! Not only was it an option to just return the car they offered to find another which they did and we exchanged the car with no hassle at all and full apology as they had no idea due to it being cleaned and valeted beforehand
It’s been a pleasure to deal with this company from the start

Verry polite people
Verry polite people, the car was exactly as the pictures showed, no shocks no after thoughts. The driver who delivered the car was also helpful and not in a rush.
I am happy that I tooked my time to read the customers reviews, I tooked the right decision to buy from them.

Fabulous buying experience from start to delivery....and aftercare
We came across Ecars247 by chance as they were selling an Audi we liked the look of. Even though it ticked all the boxes we were dubious about buying online without viewing the vehicle in person first.
The information on the website about the vehicle is fantastic. Such great details including images of any defects, previous service details.....everything you need to know.
We got a fair price on our old vehicle for part-exchange so decided to go for it.
We had the vehicle delivered and were thrilled with it.
After a few weeks it did develop a slight problem but Micheal had the car picked up, fixed, cleaned and sent back out to us. Fantastic service.
I can’t recommend these guys enough. The whole buying experience was so easy and the 14 day money back test drive guarantee is such a great idea.
Thanks again to all people involved in getting us a fabulous motor from Bev, the delivery guy, the technician and Micheal.
