Squeak from the motor....refuse to honour warranty. Want us to pay $200plus service fee to come and look. Beware ....need to pay a service fee each year to maintain warranty There was an attempt to fix but they could not identify the problems.

Worst ever garage door only 2 years old and had to replace it as motor was not working considering we are hardly at the property. The usage was minimal terrible overhead system with no on wall button so you can’t open the door without the remote without getting a stepladder out do not ever buy from this company. If you ever need a service, you’re gonna have to pay a callout fee at least $200 and you can’t actually book that over the phone. You’ve got a email them.

They installed my garage door, that had an issue from the start. Intermittedly, the door would stop at the first panel. When this happened, I would have to keep pressing the button, so it would go up and down, and eventually it would release, and go up. It was also rubbing on the outside of the door, so there is a white vertical mark on my black door. Service came out and could not resolve either problem and left. I have since been trying to get them back to fix the original and ongoing issues, only to be told my door is now out of warranty and I need to pay up front for someone to come out. I would never recommend this company to anyone, as I have been treated appallingly.

I would not deal with them .. bad experience.

in November 2021 I have received quote and accept it and paid deposit. After salesman come here and review it and increased price by some 40%. As I cancelled all quotes, I did not have an option and accept this huge increase. Later come indication it will be done in next 6 weeks. In February 2022 I have sent cancelation email and within an hour I received sms to pay the balance as the job is ready. Because of the service I was not prepared to pay balance and wait another 3 months so I took advice from Gov and indicated that I will pay it on the day roller door will be installed. The answer was pay, pay, pay. I have not signed they quote, not received credit of my deposit, roller door is not installed and no calls from them. View job in factory, need appointment ?? then charging rebooking fee of $ 450.00 !!! and after installation any damage to the roller door not visible from the street (5m) is not covered by warranty !!??!! If I recommend them … NO … there is no customer service and some of they actions are illegal, recording phone call without advising you of this.
