Ecoway were quick off the mark. From having help4homes coming round on the 13th February 2025. The solar panels were installed and producing electricity by 20th February.
The electrician and installer were very good and helpful.Very neat job with no mess. He explained how the system worked. I called Ecowayrenewables to ask a question and they could and did adjust my inverter from the head office. The App is good with plenty of information. According to the App I’ve already paid back over £1000 of my investment to date. I would recommend anyone to use Ecowayrenewables.

Our solar panels were fitted were fitted with no fuss. They were installed swiftly and the electrician really took his time to go through the app and all the details. He was a friendly lad who answered all our questions professionally and easily. We really can’t fault the service ecowayrenewables provided. Great! Thank you

From the first conversation I had with one of the team through to the aftercare, it has been first class.

Ecoway recently installed our solar panels. They did it very quickly, efficiently and without mess. They had the scaffold taken down quickly for us too. Everything was explained and our expectations were managed with regards to generation etc. They emailed us all the completed paper work and installation schematics as well as tips on how to care for our lovely new panels.
Can’t recommend them highly enough. Brilliant!

Let’s start with the fact that this industry is full of sharks and I was very cautious about throwing what I thought would be an easy 25k at a solar system.

Sarah, the area lead, came to see us personally and before the survey spent a good two hours at our house walking us through the various options. She was polite, courteous, and above all knowledgeable.

Now, not a hard sales type by any means, when I say ‘knowledgeable’ I mean she told us about what she knew and was very sincere and honest about those aspects of the installs she wasn’t 100% sure about. This definitely gave me faith in her motivation to help us.

The surveyor arrived a couple of weeks later and did a full review of our property and, using Sarah’s detailed report, told us exactly what we were getting and how.

The installers arrived, once we accepted the quote, and were extremely neat, tidy and thorough in their installation.

The job was scheduled to take between one and two days and, due to a delay in materials, it ended up taking just under four days. The company couldn’t have been more helpful and cooperative throughout, giving us a full and concise timetable and explaining any delays in great detail.

The system itself is now up and running, a huge 22 panel beast, 8kw inverter, and all paperwork and certification was handled by them. We signed the permission to do so and that was it. Couldn’t have been more hands off in that regard, for which we are grateful.

The deposit for our system was under 2k, and the final total (because the sales team are not on commission) came in at just under 18k including everything.

We have the paperwork, the easy to use app (which the team are happy to guide you through regardless of your technical ability) and overall we couldn’t be happier. I’m confident, should we require it, that these folks will be proactive in helping us at any point in the future, as they have already been just this morning when I had questions about how to use the app.

A note on scaffolding: Clearly they don’t have their own teams (they install all over the country) so the scaffolding was erected by a local firm. The timings were beautiful. It went up one day before the install. When the delay caused an extra day and a half to the installation, the scaffolders arrived to reclaim their stuff and a short phone call later they left. One week after the job was completed they came and retrieved their kit, leaving our house beautifully clean and tidy in the process.

There are a million sharks out there desperate to take your money and fit an inadequate system for your needs. Ecoway Renewables are not one of those companies.

We really couldn’t be happier with both the install itself and the ongoing support should we need it. In fact, we’ve asked them to send us an additional quote for a larger battery capacity for our system as it’s working so well! All in all, we genuinely couldn’t be happier.

We had a battery storage system with solar panels of course fitted in late January. Prior to installation I had a call from HELP4HOMES,so glad they did. I explained two years ago that we had someone from Project solar come round without a laptop, pad or pen and the cost of finance was double of the original cost, we showed him the door. Anyway 5 days after that call an assessor James came to our door and what was supposed to be 90 minutes lasted a full two and half hours as she had so many questions to which he could show us the answer on his laptop/ pad. We agreed to go ahead and within a week Gary a independent surveyor arrived what a lovely guy and went about his business and proceeded in telling me that the company we are using we will have no regrets going with as he surveys for many solar companies and he felt Ecoway Renewables was one of the best there is. Added bonus was we were also given as a promotion the rowan smartminer which is used to calculate carbon credits of all the Kw produced even if we store, export to grid or use with a payment every year. Scaffolders were also amazing along with the installation team. Scaffolding was taken down after three days when the app for the inverter was showing everything was working ok. If anyone was to talk to me about thinking of having solar panels and storage without question I would recommend them to Ecoway Renewables. I was told we were getting the swiss army knife of a system and I can well believe, even my wife is happy and she was dead against having panels and storage.

I had a call from a company called HELP4HOMES an independent advice service which helps people save money on their energy bills they explained to me I could save upto 90% on my energy bills utilizing a solar and battery storage system. They connected me with a company called ECOWAY RENEWABLES, who installed the solar panels at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring everything went smoothly. The energy advisor that attended my property to provide me my free energy assesment was so thorough in explaining all the ins and outs of the system. When I decided to go ahead they completed the installation quickly The only negative to my experience was the fact the scaffolding messed with my sky signal I called the team and explained my TV wasnt working and to my surprise they removed the scaffolding the next day! The entire experience was seamless, and I’m already seeing a drop in my energy bills. I highly recommend HELP4HOMES and ECOWAY RENEWABLES for anyone considering solar energy .

Had a call from ecoway renewables asking if I would give a review from my install in September
The guy who came out new his stuff. I was a little sceptical when he made me a more than fair offer but all the figures looked good. Then an independent surveyor came to check my property to see if my roof was ok
Next day got a courtesy call asking if I had any questions or concerns. I did have a few but everything was answered straight away and made me feel very comfortable & they were very professional.
Installers were excellent wearing company vests and very tidy and polite (rubbish music choice on there radio - I’m too old for that !!)

When they had finished the electrician showed us round the job and showed us how to work the app and gave us a folder with all information and phone numbers if we had any problems.
Likes: The fact that I didn’t have to pay invoice until I was happy with the job.
Only Negative was they broke two roof tiles but the roofer drove to local merchants and replaced them straight away which I thought was great service.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend in future

Sleezy salesman came round this evening. Was okay with a pretty good pitch despite a few aggressive sales tactics hamfisted into the conversation. Sounds like a very high price that they take their chance at signing over based on false promises of benefits that they will bargain down. As soon as we said we wouldn’t be looking to sign to agree right NOW everything changed. Called his boss and aggressively asked us if we’d sign for some secret deal that he wouldn’t tell us. Very strange as we would have considered taking this further just not at this very second.

Installation of solar panels and battery storage was first class. Very efficient process. Over the summer we have had no gas usage (normally heating the water) and we have earned more from selling surplus electricity back to the grid.

The installation team and sales team were incredible at there communication skills also my panels are working amazing.i deffo recommend.

Would just like to write this to prove how fantastic and comfortable you feel with this company and how much I recommend their services! The panels I got installed have been working amazing and to top it off, the sales and installation team were again, fantastic and ever so polite. I am truly impressed and couldn’t recommend this company enough and I could never think of anyone else better for the job.

Was all booked in for a solar and battery installation in October 22 by another company, as many were (see my other reviews).
I was luckier than some as I had paid my deposit by credit card.
Anyway I got a couple of quotes as I was still keen to have solar installed, Ecoway renewable were aware of the issues the other company had and were keen to help.
They promised to install within 2 weeks, and as promised they arrived after 10 days.
The two lads who carried out the install were extremely polite and treated my home with respect, nothing was too much trouble for them or their Boss Steve.
I have had a 3.6 Sunsynk inverter 10 400W panels and 3 3.3KW pylontech batteries all up and working perfectly as I was promised.
Based on my experience I could not recommend this company highly enough.
