Had a Service at the Market Harborough Branch
they did Initially Have Problems Putting the Service details on My Mini Display And Said they Could only reset The Service Clock. The Branch Manager Not that Helpful But Cole The Deputy Manager Went out his way Above and beyond the Call of Duty and sorted the Problem I Now Have the Service Record on the Display

I booked my car in to have my winter wheels changed to my summer ones.
I received first class service from start to finish and at a very reasonable cost.
I would highly recommend ETS .

I have a Mini with run-flat tyres, and after dealing with several punctures over the past few months بسبب potholes, I decided to seek some advice. A member of staff suggested switching to standard tyres, and I’m so glad I took their recommendation. The difference is incredible—the ride is much smoother and no longer feels so harsh.
The service was excellent from start to finish: friendly, helpful, and well-priced. I felt really well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Professional operation with poor comms
Slick professional operation let down by the failure of the communication system which failed to inform me that the job was complete and I could collect my car - that is the second time, it happened recently when I had my MOT done. Good old fashioned honest service
Having been quote a price substantially less than authorised Land Rover dealership for front pads to my LR Evoque i booked my vehicle in at the Melton Leicestershire Branch. Having left my vehicle with them i was informed that there was nothing wrong with the pads and the sensor had broken. This was soon replaced and my vehicle returned at a very reasonable cost. The Manager (kyle) and his team were exceptionally polite, honest and helpful and a credit to ETS. I have no reservations about using them again or recommending their good old fashion manners and service to others.

GREAT EXPERIENCE AGAIN
Went to ETS on Alfreton road Derby on Monday booked the car in for a new front tyre. The price of tyre which also included vat and fitting was such a good price compared to other garages. Service was on time efficient and also gave me advise on the other tyres and everyone was polite and jovial. Another great experience at ETS

I've been to Eden tires quite a few times for tires repairs and MOTs.
The lads are very knowledgeable very good customer service as well. And they always do a good job.
I would definitely recommend ETS at Ashby.

Booked in for brake check, advised of work necessary and told if I could wait job could be done immediately. Also asked for wheel tracking to be checked. Tracking found to be ok and no charge.

Brilliant battery replacement.
Turned up 10 minutes late for my appointment to have new battery fitted, no problem. Guys on reception took my car keys and straight away drove the car into the work bay. 10-15 minutes later, car is waiting outside and invoice ready to pay at reception. Confirmed 4 year guarantee on the Exide battery and job done. Efficient, polite and friendly staff, everything a customer wants. Very happy, thank you.

Tyre pressure problem resolved
Last week my tyre pressure indicator suddenly came on which was a bit alarming. I drove to Eden Tyres in Rugby and they sorted the problem immediately and didn't even charge me. They checked all the tyre pressures which were fine. There has been no problem since then. The exceptonally hot day apparantly can affect the tyre pressure. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Thank you. I am very grateful
