Amazing Breath Work Session!
This breath work session opportunity appeared in my life at the perfect time! I have done breath work sessions like this before, and the experiences were always eye-opening. I came into this session with many heavy emotions and blocks in actually being able to feel them.
Edgar did an amazing job at creating a safe space for these emotions to be felt and to co-exist with more positive, empowering ones. His instructions and guidance were clear, his voice was calming and inspiring, and his presence was full of warmth.
If you're looking to experience a new technique to help with your self-growth and emotional healing, do not hesitate to try one of Edgar's breath work sessions! You will not be disappointed.

I’ve tried breath work with Edgar twice and both sessions were truly remarkable.
Edgar is a perfect host - he was patient, professional, and attentive to all needs, making all attendees feel completely comfortable.
I’m not a spiritual person, I tend to be very rational and pragmatic, but the power of breath work really surprised me.
