Avoid this company at all costs. They'll do a botched job then start pushing for payment and acting aggressively. Not to be trusted and you'll have to redo the job with another reputable company.
Please be careful of this company, I have been trying to get them to come back and check the repair done in my roof which doesn't seem to have worked. After the work was done, everything seemed fine and good because we hadn't had rain just showers, the wet wall had dried out and we even repainted. Then on the 4th week we had a heavy rain with wind and I noticed the same area they had fixed had water marks again and the wall was wet. Also around my velux window which they replace do broken tiles, and wasn't leaking prior to their repair is now dripping water.
I have been calling them for the past 3 weeks and rarely pick up the calls which I guess they know my number so are avoiding my calls. The few times Simone picked the call, they apologised and said they will back in a few minutes but never called back. My husband tried calling them and same response.
Today the 22nd of January, I called with another number and someone pick and as soon as I introduced myself and he found out it was me he said the same thing they had been saying "I will call you back in a few seconds" and he hung up on me.
Please be very careful of this company, they seemed genuine and nice as stated in my first review but when there is an issue they are terrible and have horrible customer service.
By the way they gave me a guarantee of 15 years but this is just a few weeks and they won't come back to fix their error. This is not good at all.
