I would absolutely not recommend this course. I took the compressed course (9 weeks) and found the entire session a waste of my time. The instructor was very patient and supportive but she did not achieve the intended purpose; increased knowledge of Portuguese. It is not worth it. If I had to do it over, I would have spent the €750 on a tutor and actually have learned something.
Experienced, professional team and excellent teacher for PLA program for Portuguese Nationality
We are very happy with the school PLA language program for Portuguese Nationality. The trainers and support syatem is great. We enjoyed our journey with Edpro.
Edpro was fantastic for me and my husband. We had the most patient tutor, called Margarida. We thoroughly recommend her. She made the course interesting and enjoyable. We leaned so much from her.

As a family, we undertook the A2 level Portuguese course at EdPro Associação Center, and I can confidently say that I am very satisfied with the outcome! During the 150 hours of lessons over the period of 40 days, I felt that my skills improved tremendously. Despite the challenges, the rewarding feeling coupled with wonderful teacher Rishma Manilal made the experience most enjoyable. Ms. Manilal’s warm demeanor and pleasant teaching methods always made learning welcoming rather than intimidating, and this is something me and my classmates greatly profited from.
I learned to speak the language much more freely, without premeditated effort to activate language. Graded grammar instruction goes a long way I must say and in this case, it was very purposeful. Being urged to speak in class greatly assisted in my understanding alongside many other aspects of conviviality which aided my recall.
In addition to this, I was lucky enough to study with a fantastic group of students. We all cherished each other’s company and this made everything much more unforgettable. It goes without saying that EdPro is very communicative and supportive, but what most people do not know is that this center cares deeply for the Portuguese and English learners.
I wholeheartedly endorse EdPro Associacao for learners who wish to master the Portuguese language in a nurturing and immersive setting. It has been an unforgettable experience, and I look forward to putting my newly acquired skills into practice! Thank you, EdPro! The certificate issued by them can be used for residency and citizenship purposes as well
