I ordered five identical made to measure frames and was kept informed of status and progress thoughout. Delivery was made by Royal Mail well with in the stated time and was well packed. Would recommend and use again.

I am really happy with the frames and border that I ordered. I decided to frame my pictures myself to save a bit of money so ordered the borders I wanted and then did the frames. The look great and really professional. I will definitely be using E Frames in the future

Instructions and measurement details can be improved on website to help more precision in final work. Glazing details and quality can be improved.

They sent me a used and dirty frame - covered in dust, flimsy frame, and the glaze scratched. Tried to resolve and messaged them 7 times. They keep ignoring or replying with generic messages. Really unprofessional. They seem to have good reviews. I can only think they randomly send out poor products and try to get away with it.

I ordered my frames and was contacted that the size of frame I had ordered. Would not work with thickness I had selected.
They upgraded the to a thicker version FOC.

The frames came quickly and are exactly ordered.

Quick service and nice frame. Only slight gripe is that it wasn’t supplied with rings and wire to hang - allows more hanging options.
