Not reliable

I made an order through Eglobalcentraleu.com. The item was in stock and it supposed to arrive in 6-8 days. 5 days later I asked for feedback but had no answer. After 8 days still no feedback. I canceled

Sony A6400 for a fraction of the price

I know this website has a really bad rep but I also know of people o bought from there and have no problems.
Because you can pay with PayPal and as such open a refund process if anything goes wrong I decided to give it a shot.
My order date was on the February 25 and it arrived on the 19 of March. So forget the 6-8 days showed on the website.

This is my Delivery Status for reference:

After this it's your normal GLS package order, about a week from Netherlands to Portugal (or more like 1 day from Netherlands to Spain, then rest on Spain for a week, and the a day from Spain to Portugal)

So, if you are not in a rush and can wait for your items, they have a great best price, especial for tech and for photography equipment.

Just be aware you will get no warranty (apart from the brand itself) and always pay with paypal so you can charge back if they do not ship your items.

Sony A7R III and 2 Tamron…

I ordered Sony A7R III and 2 Tamron lenses. Ordering and discount code went well.
Only thing that Eglobalcentral should improve is not to list products as available and then tell you they are out of stock.
After several emails and their own tracking, shipment finally appeared in GLS tracking and then it arrived, very well packaged and protected.
So, if you are not in a hurry and ready to wait for approx 3-4 weeks for your items, they will arrive at the best price you can find for photography equipment.

Eglobal is a Hongkong based company with
Low price profile probably involved with money laundering for criminals or taxevation so make your choice! you will not be buying goods with a European Garanty in the event of a problem be careful

I ordered a tablet 5 weeks ago and not received

I ordered a tablet weeks ago. It was sold to me with no indication it was an out of stock item. The money was taken out of my account straight away. I contacted them and got an apology and that it would be dispatched within a day. A few days later I started getting really poor updates on their tracking page telling it was was going from one depot to another and would be delivered shortly and this mornings update says 'processing delay'. I will never purchase from them again. By far the worst company I have ever purchased from. They should not be selling product that they know they wont have stock of for weeks and at a minimum give customers a projected delivery date. The WORST online shopping experience. Avoid!!!
Update 1st March. Its now 5 weeks and no product received. the item seems to be going around in circles and has been in the the same depot more than once and they are not listening to my requests to cancel the order.

No Customer Service

Ordered a camera a few days after black Friday as the one I wanted was out of stock. I paid 400+ for the camera plus insured shipping. The website did inform me of shipping delays but I still expected the camera to arrive before Christmas, as it was a gift. I didn't hear anything from the company for weeks. I emailed and received nothing in response. I was informed the camera was eventually shipped and then radio silence for a whole month. I emailed again and once more received nothing back. I then rang the courier and they were able to inform me where my shipment was. I finally received the camera in the middle of January over a month and a half after I ordered it. I understand there is a pandemic but the lack of any customer service and lackluster shipping times is ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend!

Avoid. Been a faithful customer for years but not anymore.

Been a faithful customer for years - it was always a slow company with long dispatch times and long delivery time but now it’s just dead. Paid on 1.Jan. (+500 eur). Dead silence for 2 weeks. Wrote an email to get a reply “item is out of stock”. Checked the website and it’s still for sale, “we will dispatch next week”. Dead silence. Another email. Dead silence. Luckily I paid via PayPal and was able to get a refund and it’s now 30 euros more expensive on Amazon.

I understand it’s COIVD and happy to wait. But at least be honest and communicate.

This is the second time I’ve ordered…

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and theres been a huge delay with my parcel, yes prices are way cheaper but I was expecting to have my parcel before Christmas and never did so very disappointed, still waiting on my parcel.

eGlobal Central is a scam.

**Its not worth the $50 you would save ordering from here. Fake tracking numbers, and my order was delayed 4 times being "out of stock" even though it was in stock on their site.

This is a third party Chinese re-seller with 10+ sites that are mirrored in france, spain, germany, italy....

There is ZERO customer service. Not worth any money you MAY save with them. eGlobal Central is a scam.

Lost and unreimbursed order

I placed an order with eglobal central pt on 22.09.2020, a smartphone with a value of € 276.99, which was delivered to DPD to make its delivery. Both eglobal central pt and DPD confirmed to me via email that the order was considered lost. In my case, and as described on the website of eglobal central pt, "orders sent through the free basic shipping service (free Economy Express shipping), the transport companies cover physical losses". DPD informed me that it has this matter closed with the company that sent the order. Eglobal central pt refunded me € 22 for the refund DPD made for the lost order claim, as they wrote to me in an email. I have already requested a full refund, as described on the website regarding the delivery service. I await resolution of the situation by eglobal central pt, without any response from the company or refund of the lost order as indicated on its website.

ordeder stuff, payed for it, didn't get any confirmation email, nothing.. Their customer service didn't reply at all. In the end all arrived and was perfect ;)
