They've always been really good at getting my order right and quick shipping. So far I've had less hassle than with alot of other vape companies.

Volusian or ejuiceconnect.com or any other name they go by are really bad. How many businesses have multiple names? After weeks of being out of stock I ordered ejuice. Five days have gone by and still haven't shipped my order. Call their "customer service" and no answer. Sent emails and no reply. They charged my card at time of order and no shipment. Last order it took 2 weeks to ship. I'm done with them. They're cheaper on juice but charge $15 for basic ground shipment. So it's a savings wash.

I purchased 2 packs of coils for my OXVA vape and when I received my order they had sent me the wrong size coils. I ordered the 3ml and they sent me the 2ml. I emailed them the same day with no response. I even called them and left a message with no return call. I have now tried to get ahold of them several times and I have heard nothing from them. I do not recommend this company. There are far better ones out there that have excellent customer service. This store absolutely does not. They do not communicate and unfortunately if they send you the wrong item you are stuck with it.

Always the best prices, and shipping is pretty quick. One of my favorite vape sites.

Placed an order on ejuiceconnect.com and the tracking read that it never left Florida (which is where they are located). It took a bit to hear back from someone, but Karla said that if the order was not delivered or found by a certain date then I would be refunded. Unfortunately, the USPS lost the package but Ejuiceconnect did refund my order. Figured I would give them another try as their prices are the lowest out there and they did make things right.

WA Residents Beware: Support admits shipping flaws but refuses refunds
​I placed an order on Jan 5th and paid for 5-day shipping. My shipping label was created on Jan 6th. It is now Jan 19th and my package is currently sitting in Alaska.
​When I contacted support, agent "Karla" admitted in writing that she "sees this happen" with other Washington orders. Despite knowing their shipping method fails for this region, they still charge for 5-day delivery and refuse to issue a refund. They are knowingly selling a service they cannot fulfill and holding customer money hostage. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am disputing the $31.26 charge with my bank.
Because of their shipping failure and refusal to refund, I had to spend an additional $45 at a local shop just to get the products I originally ordered on Jan 5th. This company's negligence has now cost me double my original budget.

Not sure why they come up as “Volusion” on here as it does them a dis service as it confuses people but I will say this. E juice connect is by far not even close the best vape retailer on the internet hands down. The selection, pricing , speed of delivery and response time to customer service emails is unmatched . I have probably placed over 30 orders with them in the last year and everyone has been flawless. I think in the last year I have only ordered from one other company once because of the one thing I wanted, they didn’t have in stock and I was in a pinch to get new pods. Just goes to show how low their pricing truly is when you go to your local vape shop and you find yourself paying 3X more than they charge. I will only ever shop at ejuice connect in the future.

This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced with any ejuice company, and I have shopped with so many over my 15 years of switching off cigs. They also have some of the lowest prices out of anyone out there. They were out of a juice I ordered and they went above and beyond to help me get another juice in place of it. They won me over that day, I had been using them for awhile before this and never needed customer service but when I did they were so awesome!

Ejuice Connect has provided excellent customer service. If anything is off about my order, they reach out through text to make sure my order is correct and completed. I would highly recommend this company!!

Coils went bad after less than a day of use, and I primed the coil and waited 10 min, took a few dry hits without firing up the device, and I set the wattage 20w less than recommended. Shipping also takes a week and is $10.

Returning customer for years now. I have made a dozen or so purchases (bulk juice mostly) and they have 100% accuracy with every order. I love that I can get my juice for under a third of the price that I can from local stores. I have also bought mods and coils from them at a better price than I can find anywhere. Everything is 100% legit. I also LOVE the coupon codes. Even 10% off of my purchases always makes me feel like I'm getting a couple 100ml bottles for free.

Simple task of sending the package to the right address proved to difficult. Sure, I got my refund, but not after making me wait a week. Low prices, that's about it. I'll pay a bit more for peace if mind and actually receive the product I ordered. They could care less, lost a customer

Lately my packages, have taken longer. They blame it on fedex, but fedex delivers all my other packages in a timely matter. This time it says they have not received my package and it's been 6 days. They say fedex has not scanned it in. I would have it by now if fedex had my package. Last order, I got bad coils. They burnt, popped and burnt. Every coil in the whole package. Made me wander if they where truly vapresso coils. Ihave ordered there for years. I'm about to find a new company

Well I did love this company until as of recent the order I received about 3 weeks ago that had old or expired coils in it. I’ve reached out to them several times now by phone and email and filed an official request for replacements online as they instructed me to do and they have just ignored me. I bought 4 packs of vaporesso GTI replacement coils and every coil I’ve used since purchasing them has been bad. I get an awful and harsh burnt taste after 3-4 days of using the coil no matter what flavor juice I use. So needless to say they lost my business because of the lack of care to respond to a customer when they said they would “take care of me.”

I ordered from ejuice connect and they quickly took my money but I ordered on January 13 so they said I'd get my order January 17th that day came and went so I tracked my order and by January 19th I called and left messages 4 times I emailed them they said it shows that I'd get it on Thursday so I waited when i didn't get my order I emailed Karla and told her I just want my refund cause my order was not moving so she said if it didn't move by the nest day she'd contact the vendor to put in for my refund I said ok that was the 23rd of January I've emailed her with screen shots that my order is not moving she stopped emailing me it's now February 3rd and I still have not 6gotten my refund this company are theives!!!!!!!!

I've been a customer for a few years, and never an issue until my most recent order.
Yes, they do ship fast, but apparently accuracy is a thing of the past.
Their ad was misleading, so the coils I ordered don't work for my tank. I have called and left messages twice. Emailed 3 times and have not heard a word. I am terribly disappointed.
They are, in-fact, "buying" reviews. Submit a review, get 5% back. They don't do it, unless you email them about it.
I'll stick to other more reliable sources for my vaping needs going forward.

Super fast delivery. Delivered to my door by FedEx in 3 days. Shipping is flat rate $10.00 for up to 3 pounds so it pays to buy multiple items. Bought 3 bottles of juice and 2 packs of coils. Paid a little over 55.00 with Shipping. This would have cost me around 100.00.00 for the same thing at my vape store.

Ejuice Connect is the only place I buy my coils and vape juices from! Great prices, shipping is cost effective and fast! I’ve been purchasing from them for about 2 years and have always been very happy with them!

They're legit, but they are becoming more greedy by the day. They used to allow you to earn points to save money on your next orders, but they killed that. They used to offer free shipping, but now you have to spend over$500 to get that deal. I used to be able to order and get the packages within 4 to 5 days. Now it's 10 days or more. The last time I ordered, they said they'd refund me 5% of my order if I put a Google review in, took a screenshot, and emailedit to them. Now, if you go to their reviews, they have 5 stars, and all the reviews are from the past week. They literally bought the reviews. I'm looking for a new, trustworthy site. The only reason I continue to order from ejuiceconnect is because I know that what I order will eventually get to me, and I am always leary of ordering from companies I'm unfamiliar with.

Best prices online. Then placed a decent size order. They called to notify me one was out of stock. Ejuice replaced the requested out of stock item with a better item. Arrived on time. Good communication. Thanks
