In my opinion, all surveyors would know the theory as they all are registered professionals. What really makes a surveyor stands out is their attention to detail. This is what I found in Enrico. It feels like he sees everything, and his reports are very detailed with lots of pictures. His communication is also excellent. Very happy with his service.

Enrico completed a level 2 survey for the purchase of a residential semi-detached 3 bedroom house in Ruislip Manor for myself and my partner.

I cannot recommend Enrico enough! He was friendly, timely, thorough, gave us his time to go through the survey on a call (while he was on holiday!) and provided opinion and advice on risk so that we could focus our attention where needed or understand the types of repair or maintenance work required. His pricing is very reasonable and he was an absolute professional through and through.
