I have had some plastering work completed over the last couple of days. Your operatives John and Ollie were professional, respectful, conscientious and friendly. They worked hard to complete the job efficiently and to a very high standard 😊 so happy with the works they have carried out. I wish all operatives were as good as these two, great team, thank you John and Ollie 😊

Today 2 plasterers did some work Joe & Ollie I believe, was 9 am, howley. Very friendly Jo. Both were hard working. Happy with the service. They deserve recognition especially Joe.

John had the plaster here today I am really happy with the work he has done today and he even cleaned up after the Job

Had John and ollie out today to replace a bedroom ceiling, they have done a really good job very respectful of my property and went above and beyond and left it spotless, also the young apprentice worked hard and was very polite.10/10

Had work carried out today at my home by olly and John and this was carried out to a highest standard weather outside today was dreadful and this weather did not get brought into my home by any mess on footwear the lads ensured my home was kept clean right up till leaving point when my husband was asked to take a look at the end result and was so happy to see how clean spotless my house was left behind them
Both lads very professional and well mannered from arriving on the job
Both a credit to the company and would recommend these both lads to any one as was highly impressed .

Ive had major works done this week by john and ollie and as someone with a disabled patner works of this scale are usually really difficult to manage but the lads made everything as acsessible as possible and kept everywhere spotless they went above and beyond whilst maintaining the utmost professionalism. The whole works period was made so easy when in reality should of been a nightmare they are a credit and asset to your company!

Awful company. Lies lies lies and they promise to ring you back and never do. Still not completed a simple tiling job from July. There is no communication between them and they send the wrong ppl to do the job because nobody knows what they are doing. Nightmare company!

15 January
Had a call this morning yet again making excuses that the company don’t work on Saturdays so I asked them to speak to my solicitor on my behalf as I was in the office getting advice IVY tried to tell my solicitor they don’t have to speak to them only me the tenant which is 100% incorrect emailed and requested email contact only with has not happened.

I have emailed this company at 10:30 this morning and now waiting on a reply. UPDATE WILL FOLLOW

Update 13 January
After this company messed up my kitchen and I left my review I had a call from this company to try and get this sorted they made the offer to replace all my worktop and the broken door and give me the 400mm unit I was supposed to have. Workman comes round to measure worktops and was supposed to come back today 8-9 to finish the job BUT NO ONE HAS TURNED UP THIS HAS NOW BEEN PASSES OVER TO MY SOLICITORS OVER THE DAMAGE.

After updating this I get a call at 9:53 this morning they can not turn up as carpenter is off so why did this stop the plumber from coming and doing his job. Yet again no call before hand got me to move all my bits out the kitchen for no reason all this company is doing is messing me around.

10 January
Call from the company trying to blame me all work is on cctv and proof the workman messed up the worktop by drilling the extra hole and now trying to get the landlord to pay to repair

Also new door handles installed don’t match the existing ones and look stupid could of changed them all to look the same.

After reviewing the cctv footage the dirty workman was licking his finger then smoothing out the silicone around my kitchen worktop (how unhygienic can you get)

Today 9 January
workmen arrived 8:45 then 10 minutes later said he needs to get his tools did not arrive back to my property until 10:30 it’s now 12:04 and still not even put in in kitchen unit spent most of his time cleaning his hand and looking lost like he don’t have a clue.
All clearly visible on my home cctv as proof of slow workmanship. Broke one of the new door they put in and side support at end of worktop is not attached to the floor and move. Was due a 400mm unit which was not supplied and fitted just gave a a smaller 300mm which a joke

the worktop next to the sink the workman has left a big hole so now any water that gets on the worktop runs in and down the hole and gets behind my dishwasher and new unit so I can not clean it up just made more problems for me

Terrible company not show up to do the job now left with poor kitchen over Christmas

Elect B&M fitted my Air source heat pump, the whole job only took a couple of days.
One lad in particular was so kind he took the trouble to carry my 2 cats, in their crates, upstairs when they were upset by the unavoidable noise. The whole job seamless from start to finish.
Months after fitting Andy had no hesitation coming out to answer questions I had about the heat pump.
A very professional set up would highly recommend them.

Thanks to Dave and Bryan for excellent plastering, very professional. Great finish nothing was too much and thanks also to Liam the electrician for sorting light

Mark done some work at my home today, polite young man, thorough clean, reassuring. Pleasure to have around very happy with the job. Didn't do a rush job. Well done Mark, pat hughes

Mark came to do plastering work for me this morning, turned up on time, did the job in less time I thought it would take and cleaned up afterwards. Great work, really happy!

Chris and the apprentice james where outstanding they worked very hard and to a very high standard.They certainly are a very good asset to the company.
