Fantastic, friendly joiner from elect build came to do a couple of jobs today. I wish there were more workmen like him. He even did an extra job on my back gate. I was scared that it wouldn't lock & I'm a disabled woman living alone. He secured it for me even though it wasn't logged. He chatted to me so I felt at ease as I suffer with anxiety. I couldn't be happier with Elect BM & the workman who completed the jobs. If only all companies & workmen were more like this.

My family and I have had a problem with black mould in our property. I won't bore you with the obstacles we've overcome to get to this point. What I will say is that the joiner that came out to replace a sill went completely out of his way to put right as much as he could when he didn't only have to but also didn't need to as it wasn't on his job sheet. If we had people like this in parliament then this would be a better world to live in without a doubt. Thx Dan.

Over last 3 weeks elect have been putting my new kitchen in . You could,nt fault them polite clean up after themselves everyday . Took pride in the work they were doing for you . Turned up on time everyday . Sorted out couple of faults . I could,nt fault any of there work . They have done me proud and cant thank them for the kitchen that they fitted professional team of lads i would 100%recomend

Found on Local Heroes late afternoon, but 6pm Brian was at the door and was quick to find and fix the wiring issue. Good service and would recommend.

Arranged 2 appointments at different properties last week, the first for 11am. Hadn't arrived by 12.30 so I tried to ring but no answer on their main system so I rang a mobile and got through. Was told they would ring back after checking with the workman in question. They rang back half an hour later and said that he would be at the first address in a further 30-40 minutes. I left 2 hours later having heard nothing from them. The tenant in the premises, who had taken time off specially, stayed until 5 pm and no visit or phone call and not a peep since. Very disappointing as we had used them several times before but not again!!
