Fantastic service and quality products!
High praises for Elegant Event Essentials! I placed 2 last minute orders which were delivered the next day by Evri (I chose standard delivery). The items were of very good quality (6ft round white table covers and sage green sashes). The sashes especially gained lots of compliments at my event. They looked rich and vibrant, the edges were overlocked perfectly and the material isn't so easy to get creased. The table covers are thick enough and not easy to snag like others I've bought in the past.
I would definitely be ordering from them again.

Great customer service
I searched online for two zips - I found them at a great price on the elegant event website. They arrived swiftly and even though it was a relatively small order they checked up that I was happy with my purchase. I’m very happy as it’s great to deal with someone who cares!

Advertised as real “Hessian” table runners; these are definitely not hessian, they’re a cheap polyester. Returned to seller for refund, as of yet, not been refunded & no communication from seller. Rubbish, avoid.

Won't be using again.
Paid extra to have it delivered quicker. 4-5 days instead of 7+ days. By the 4th day, the tracking said it was still with the sender.
The event passed so I requested a refund and they gave it without any issue. I don't believe the item had been posted out. This is the 2nd time I've tried to order from them and had issues so I won't be ordering again.
