The bathroom furniture arrived exactly when they it said it would. The packing was excellent.
The quality of the goods are excellent. We still have one more to unpack but so far we are so pleased.

Lovely tinted shower screen, great quality at a good price. Delivered within 3 days, well wrapped & protected and courier was very helpful, bringing it into the house for me. Highly recommend.

The product was as described and good value for money. The delivery was quick. The first item was damaged in transit and Elegant Showers replaced it immediately, with a second delivery arriving speedily. Customer service excellent.

I purchased a bi-fold shower door which is great. However only gave it 4 stars because I feel it’s missing an inside handle on the left hand door making it difficult to get out. You have to pull the door from the top of the glass door which somehow doesn’t feel right.
It did arrive within 2 days though and exactly when the delivery was due.

The company's customer service was very helpful , but But XDP postal company created a terrible experience for me , The postal company XDP emailed me that they would deliver my package on Friday, but they didn't deliver it and the following Monday they left my package in an unsafe place even though I had told the postal company that I wouldn't be home on Monday When I found the package, I saw that the package was torn, the TV unit was dirty, and the pieces were damaged. Therefore, when you make a purchase, inform the company please not to send the purchased package and product with XDP.

The TV unit was exactly as seen on the website. It wasn`t too hard to assemble.

Delivery was quick. The driver did an excellent job delivering to a place with limited access. The products that I ordered are of good quality and has tranformed the bathroom completely. May have been able to get something slightly cheaper but the quality would not have been as good.

I'm honestly leaving 5 stars purely for the delivery driver Carlos who went out of his way to help with delivery and be accommodating. Very nice man!

The rest of the company weren't trying to help at all.
