Very disappointing experience after ordering more than USD 50,000 in smartphone spare parts from Elekparts.

The main issue is not only defective parts, but the lack of serious warranty support when problems happen. I had several customer returns related to screens, including EK Pro screens freezing or becoming unresponsive after installation. This created warranty repairs, unhappy customers, and direct financial losses for my business.

Instead of receiving proper support, the warranty process was slow, frustrating, and full of excuses. In my experience, once the products are sold, getting real support becomes extremely difficult.

A supplier for repair businesses must stand behind the quality of its products. Elekparts did not meet that standard in my case.

I would strongly advise other repair shops to be very careful before relying on Elekparts as a supplier.

Terrible company. If you are unlucky enough to get on their email lists there is no way of getting out. They will spam you with emails every day from 10 different email accounts. I have contacted them several times for removal, but they never respond.

Don't buy from them! They won't take you off their mailing list. They'll spam you with a couple of emails everyday and refuse to take you off their mailing list.

Spam and unreal offer of products. Suspiciously, I do not recommend to buy from them

Spam bots,

Can't block them they change emails every other day, there website doesn't work they want to sell extremely low priced phone parts though we have never even responded other than to ask them to remove us from there list, which of course they won't.

We work with real vendors with real websites, that don't have to email us from 10 different accounts everyday.

I have submitted the domain elekworld to several email blacklist orgs and I think I'm gonna spend a few more hours doing that.

No real company would act this way to get people to buy there products.

Terrible email spammers that continue to send spam emails even though I've requested multiple times to be removed from their list, they have refused each time. Not only that, I NEVER gave these spammers my email address.

I've had to set up multiple filters in Gmail to automatically send all of their emails directly to spam. Which was a pain because they use at least 10 different emails to send their spam from.

Can't get rid of spam.
Again and again new sales people contacting.

I like Elekworld since 8 years ago when we started the first order. No doubt sometimes bad parts happened, but they always were there with me to handle everything.

I once spoke with a representative on WhatsApp. Then I somehow given them my email. And since then I receive tons of emails. I've tried everything to stop it. There's no unsubscribe link. They don't answer me when I politely ask.
It's been several years, and even if I already ordered from them and have been satisfied, the emails are seriously upsetting me. My mailbox is unusable

i used to buy from them. but many lcds where not working well and other items were not as described. i spent so many money to ship itembs back, and they always found an execuse to not replace them. email spam is terrible and unstoppable
