Black Friday Sale shopping and speedy delivery
I purchased a few Christmas gifts in the Black Friday sale. The products arrived faster than expected all nicely wrapped. The shopping experience was also straightforward. I have ordered a couple of products that I've used before as gifts and some new ones for me to try.

Whilst I’m happy with the products received I was very disappointed at the promotion leading up to Black Friday
I was emailed an apparently exclusive 48 HOURS ONLY: SAVE 40% SITE-WIDE! so I ordered my products Only to discover that the promotion was the same over the Black Friday period and customers ordering during these dates received a complimentary body oil Christmas bauble
So much for an exclusive offer !

Purchase of harmonising facial cleansing oil
Prompt delivery of product which is excellent quality - I have for many years suffered with acne rosacea and struggled to find a cleanser my sensitive and reactive skin will tolerate. I am very pleased with my purchase of harmonising facial cleansing oil which my skin simply loves. I would definitely purchase this product again.

I have used Balance (elemental herbology) on my face only twice and never again. the first time my face not only puffed up but my face went a strange hue of red. As I was not sure if it was the cream that had caused this allergic reaction after one month I used it again. within 12 hours same problem, 24 hours later and after taking 3 Puriton my face and neck are still red and itchy.

I absolutely LOVE my purchase from…
I absolutely LOVE my purchase from Elemental Herbology. No moisturiser has the same effect and smell as nice as the Cell Plumping Facial Moisturiser.
Customer service went above and beyond to make sure my parcel reached me and I will definitely be placing another order when my two tubs ran out.

I experienced this product during a spa…
I experienced this product during a spa treatment so I decided to buy a product for myself. I really like it, it smells good and moisturises my skin well. I then bought further products for a friend's birthday. The delivery was quick and well packaged. I love the idea of a product that is environmentally friendly and relates to the five elements. Excellent.
