I love the body lotion. I first came across at one of the hotels I stayed. Susbsequeqntly I made my purchases directly from Elemental website. Unfortunately Elemental products are not available locally in Singapore. The shipping cost is too expensive - it can cost up to almost the same price of my entire purchase. Really hope that the product can be made available in Singapore or if not at least in Asia. Thank you.

I purchased the reed diffuser- ginger lemongrass and nutmeg. Really beautiful subtle fragrance . Love coming home to this gorgeous smell in the hallway .

My order was shipped out so quickly. It was tracked via Royal mail and USPS and arrived in five days. Very sturdy packaging.

I never recieved my parcel, and when contacted them they never got back to me

There was no acknowledgement of my email.
Total disregard of it- hence the 1 star.
