Ordering 2 of the same lights won’t get you 2 of the same lights
We ordered 2 identical ceiling lights - they arrived with different fittings, one like the picture was black and flat against the ceiling. By the time we noticed we had fitted the one like the picture to the ceiling.The other was domed and had brass on the black. We got in touch to change the second fitting only to be told that they don’t have it anymore - why were we sent 2 different ones - it was obvious we had ordered matching lights, and why is the fitting pictured not available. Our newly painted ceiling will now be marked when we fit the second fitting which is a different shape and size. Annoying and avoidable.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are very sorry for the frustration caused with your order. We completely understand how disappointing it was to receive two different ceiling rose styles when ordering matching lights, particularly once installation had already begun.
The ceiling rose design for this fitting has changed over time to the more decorative style now supplied, however we appreciate that you were expecting the flatter style shown within the main product image.
Unfortunately, the previous ceiling rose style is no longer available within our remaining stock, which meant we were unable to provide an exact match to the fitting already installed.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and your feedback has been passed on internally as we review the product imagery to help avoid similar confusion going forward.
