Elite Wheels & Tyres Avis 

when i was looking for wheels (new or second hand) for winter tyres for my Jaguar E-Pace online i came across Elite Wheels. They have a large selection of wheels for Jaguar (I only focused on E-Pace selection though) at competitive prices. I was a bit hesitant at first since I live in Germany and everything had to be done online and be paid in advance before the wheels get shipped out and obviously before you see what exactly gets sent.
I must say everything worked out just fine, good customer service from the guys at Elite Wheels and they were also very accommodating.
I am very happy with their service and products. Got delivered exactly what I ordered. Would order by them again in a heartbeat.

4 wheel alignments. My car failed it’s MOT because the inner locking nuts were loose on the aftermarket POWERFLEX rear lower camber arms of my BMW. ELITE had previously performed the 4 wheel alignment on my car and these nuts would of been adjusted at the time to get the camber into spec. I went back to them to rectify the issue. They took a look and after charging me a second time for another alignment I was assured they had been tightened and all was ok. I took my car for the MOT Retest only for the car to fail again because they were still not correctly torqued. Chris at Elite dealt with my complaint in a very professional manner and it was resolved without issue. A sign of a good company is the way in which complaints are dealt with and resolved. Elite turned a negative issue into a positive one

The best wheels and tyre service in UK. It’s almost unreal to find great looking wheels and tyres with aggressive offset for Nissan navara but thanks to elite wheels I got them. From the beginning Chris was very helpful and provide me with all info I needed and he helped me to find and choose the right wheels and tyres for my vehicle. He even found a place where I can have them wheels fit on my vehicle as I do live far from them guys. If anyone struggle to find what they dream off then I will definitely recommend Ellite wheels. No doubt, they are the best!!!!!

Chris and the family team couldn’t do more for me. I have a set of sparkling as new Audi alloys refurbished. The alloys were leaking air as were so old.

Loan wheels were an even added bonus meaning I could swap over and continue with normal life.

I made the journey from Camberley to use Elite - It was well worth it.
I was looking for options for replacing a set of Range Rover alloys with official Range Rover parts. Elite had a great range on offer at very competitive prices,
Chris was very patient while I considered the options.
His team fitted them straight away and wrapped my (nearly new) originals for me to take away and sell.
Their premises and customer waiting room are very clean and much tidier than the national networks we all know of.

Took my car in for alignment and balancing and ended up getting talked out of spending money on the work as the guys @ Elite didn't feel it would be worth my while at that moment in time.

Yes, that's right, they talked themselves out of work. They could have easily taken the money and done what I'd asked, but they went out of their way to ensure that I was not spending money on something I didn't need to.

All they asked was that I consider (consider, not promise!) to use them when my car DID need some work doing and would benefit from it.

Consider? CONSIDER?! With that approach to customer service, I'm not going to go anywhere else!

Recently had four-wheel middles refurbed and three new tires at a great price and also buy a great team they were always friendly and willing to help the matter what we recommend anytime and to anybody needing a great service
