Total scam do not buy items are always out of stock takes ages to establish this and then can’t get refund. Email messages only receive automatic reply. Telephone numbers don’t work , what’s app doesn’t work .

Don’t buy anything from this website. I bought an electric fire from this website back in March and I’m still yet to receive it.

Made a claim with my bank about fraud but have only managed to get 50% of the money back.

Tried contacting customer service prior to contacting the bank and had no luck with that. Was offered a website voucher for the full amount but as said yet to hear anything.

Please please be so careful when purchasing off this website. I don’t want anyone else getting scammed ££££. They still have £500 of my money that I’m never going to see again!

Very convincing website.They said it was a pre order item and asked me to transfer money into a bank account.It’s harder to get back then.Item never arrived bank refunded but noted following huge red flags
1.Never pay into a bank account rather than by card it’s a ploy to stop the money being returned easily.
2. The registered address is a terrace house in Salford yet they sell 100 of items /furniture.
3.The phone lines now dead

The bank said it’s a common scam in which they just never send the items and in fact never have any items to send.I will report it to police and hope they can trace to prevent innocent people getting duped.

I am hoping people read this before buying from them.The site is on insta/tick Tok Facebook etc.The reviews apparently are fake bought ones.

I will be very careful in the future.

Absolute Joke
No replies to any emails over 2 months, nightmare getting a refund from Klarna. Clearly a fake company trading fraudulently. Reported to the NCSC along with Action Fraud and will post this review anywhere I can.

I also looked into the filings at companies house and they are again clearly fraudulent so have raised the matter there.

I place an order in February, 2 delivery dates came and went.
No mantelpiece numerous emails on all platforms for refund, no reply.
Really wished I had read trust pilot.
Can find the company, money lost £600. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY.

Order was placed, haven’t received it after 3 weeks, have emailed twice without a response! I have no idea if I’ll receive my purchase! Customer care is non existent!

I had to give 1 star because the app wouldn't let me give zero stars! Having paid over £800 for some furniture meant to be "in stock" the delivery date came and went with no communication from this company! It was then impossible to contact them . The phone numbers do not connect and emails were consistently ignored. Thank goodness I paid through Klarna . After they intervened on my behalf I then got a new delivery date but the items never materialised and after several months I was fortunate to receive a complete refund from Klarna. Ellenoir have the audacity to continue to email me with sales offers. Something should be done to prevent these people trading and more victims being conned out of their money and given months of anxiety. If anyone can give me some information as to how this can be done I would be most grateful.

My order still had not arrived 3 weeks after it was expected, during which time I tried to contact the company multiple times by email, chat and telephone for an update and they did not respond. The phone number does not work in the UK and they do not respond to chat or email. In the end I contacted my bank to get my money back, only to receive a cancelled order message which was not what I wanted. Be wary as it felt like a fraud to me!!! I would never use again and would not recommend them.

I ordered a fireplace costing over £800 2 months ago and never received it ! I contacted the company several times and have just been given the run around no refund given as told I would be now they say that I have to contact my bank
and see it they can recover the money for me !!!!!!!!!!! Complete scammers !!!!!! This company should not be able to trade

Couldn’t contact via telephone after 15 days got a reply to my email. I requested a refund, 2 weeks later still not received so contacted citizen’s advice and my bank. Money now back in my account after bank reclaimed for me. I have also reported to Trading Standards.

I ordered a wooden gym ladder after a week of no updates I contacted the company via email 4 days later and no response so I contacted on Instagram as their phone number does not work. Had an automatic message to say they’d get back to me within 48 hours. 2 weeks later and no word from them. Eventually my order got cancelled after various requests for them to cancel it after I had read the reviews. DO NOT used this company- it’s a SCAM

I have not received my order. Ordered more than 7 weeks ago. Asked customer service no response from them. Looking forward to hearing from you

I placed an order which never arrived, I thought it slightly strange at the time that they email you an invoice and ask to do a bank transfer? Iv tried to call all numbers listed on websites and non work or they just hang up, both we chat and emailing is a waste of time nobody ever responds. As I have had no joy with this company I then discovered all the negative reviews saying it’s a scam company etc after so many negative reviews how is this fraudulent company still allowed to trade and advertise? I will be taking all the stage to get my money back and report this company to the really authorities.

This place had good reviews and also good advertising, which gave a peace of mind. So I Placed an order, didn’t have a response back until few days later, then got a email saying the price was not correct.
Either I pay more or the order gets cancelled.
I have rang the phone number given and it doesn’t work, I what’s up the mobile number and no response

So I am at the point where I am thinking does this company exist ?

I ordered replacement rugs of one that i already own. Luckily they were not too expensive.
The product took a thousand years to arrive. I mailed saying I didn't need / want them anymore.
That week they arrived.
I have then spent the last month with no response on how to return the items.
Their customer service is non-existent.
Bad company.
Do not order from them.
I wish i'd read then reviews of them first.

I made an order before reading all the reviews and did not expect to receive my order but was pleasantly surprised! I received my order maybe delivered a bit later than expected. But I'm really happy with my items. 🙂

Ordered an Electric fire, I was suspicious of the bank transfer but it was a really good price so I continued.
Despite several emails and attempted phone calls on several numbers nothing except the receipt and contact from a partner company offering me extended warranty.
Have now ordered and bought a fire from another company!!
Learnt my lesson, read the reviews!!!

Unreliable company that doesn't provide any customer service. Waited for a response one month and never received my order or a proper response other than a rude threatening email after leaving a negative feedback and not to to email anymore as this will cause further delays. I received my refund through Klarna eventually. Stay away from this company to avoid unnecessary problems.
