Well, what can I say?
I ordered a pair of camouflage dungarees from Elsies Attic and absolutely love them. I love them so much that I ordered three more pairs. They are fabulous. I’ve had so many compliments.
I’m now on the look out for my 5th pair 😊😊

Purchased one of the famous hoodies, dispatched yesterday and received today!, wasn’t sure what to expect sizing wise but brought my usual size and it’s perfect! Plenty of room and so comfy! Really good quality hoodie too! Happy Customer :)

Second order from here and again I was so happy with the quality on both items.
I got the sequin bow jumper and one of the Teddy coats.
I love them both!
I ordered them on Christmas Eve and did not expect to receive them until January with the bank holidays etc but they arrived today (nye) I'm going to wear the sequin jumper tonight, to go nowhere but because I'm so pleased with it and to add a bit of sparkle to a dull NYE!

I bought a hoodie from Elsie’s Attic and assumed a size 10-12 would fit my size 10-12 wife... it did not! The team were very helpful in ensuring I could reorder in the correct size (6-8) - the new one fit perfectly and she is very happy with it. I was issued a full refund for the large one when I returned it. A word, of caution - they size big! But super helpful and friendly service.

If I could rate 0, I would. Ordered a coat at just shy of £40. It arrived and the sleeves are so short they come just past my elbows, the edges of the fabric are just cut and not finished correctly, there's no lining or bias binding. It's a teddy coat that the sun shines through when I hold it up to the light and looks like a 5 year old made it. I emailed explaining the problem and was told to return it, except the post office is closed due to the pandemic. I can't get a refund and I don't have a coat for the cold weather. This company are deceptive with their photos, selling wish quality clothes at high street prices.

Ordered some trousers "one size fits all" (10-18) and they were way too small. I measured the waist and it was 28 inches when stretched, which is not a size 14 -18. Also, not easy to return goods - no prepaid sticker included. Disappointing!

Bought a few items after seeing an instagram advert and was suprised and very pleased with not only the quality of the clothes but also the speedy delivery. I needed to swap 2 items as they were a bit too small and I used the return form and downloaded the mail reciept. A few days later I recieved the exchanged items in the correct size with no problems at all. Really happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them to friends.

Amazing customer service. I recently accidentally returned a parcel here instead of the the company I bought it from - they called and forwarded it on to the right company for me! Lovely clothing and great to deal with.

Bought 3 items and was a bit sceptical about the sizing as apparently one size covers from a size 10 to a16 (I think it was). My clothes arrived and the sizing was perfect (as was the fabric, not sure what a couple of other people were grumbling about re fabric). Lovely quality and the best thing of all? Not an ounce of plastic packaging in sight. Well done Elsie’s Attic for producing well made, quirky clothes and looking after our planet

I placed an order, which was confirmed on 23rd June. Subsequently contacted on 26th June that the item was not in fact in stock and would I like another colour. Chose another colour, which is also not in stock! Now requested a full refund as I’m sick of being messed around! Do not buy from this company!

I emailed with a couple of questions before placing an order and had a lovely reply from Amanda.
I placed my order in the black friday event and it was delivered yesterday. My new coat is stunning, comfy and excellent quality. I couldn't be happier

Love the designs and have ordered numerous items over the last few years all of which have arrived in a timely fashion. The issue is however with the quality. The coatigan bobbled on the first use and became unusable after 3 uses. A butterfly print dress ripped on the first wear across the seam. Several lace trim vest tops either came apart at the seams on the first wear or after the first wash despite the instructions on the label being.followed.
The sizing is inconsistent and varies massively between the brands. I understand that this is fast fashion however I will not be ordering again despite being a customer for a number of years as for the prices charged i do not expect a time to be damaged beyond repair from minutes light wear.

Really lovely clothing, am so pleased I found the website. Really lovely helpful people who got my order out asap with Bank Holiday looming. Will be back several more times I think!
