Embird Avis 3

I have used embird for years and got a new computer and was having trouble getting the pulg in iconizer to work never having an issue before. I have followed their tutuorials several times with no luck including removing "one drive" This was their support response.
"It is in order - you have saved design is protected files Program Files . Are you able to understand it? No, you are not first and alone user of Embird 2025 and you are not genial discoverer of the fatal bug. This program is used by tens thousands users without problem, but you." the next response was "no support"

SO BAD, DON'T BUY THIS PROGRAM. YOU'LL LOSE YOUR MIND AND WON'T BE ABLE TO DIGITIZE ANYTHING. NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL.
I'm very angry/sad because now i'm not in a financial posicion to buy another one and this one doesn't get the job done... it just gives me more and more frustration.

I've had it for almost a year now

Extremely rude customer service. Unhelpful staff which insults you when emailing you, sends whole emails in capitals being very patronising. Their software is taken from a 1980's computer. There "helpful" videos on youtube are a 10 year old and out of date. Furthermore their software is very convoluted and difficult to use. When purchasing you do not receive next steps emails until after hours of purchase, leaving you worried of it being a scam, and nothing is straightforward. Very disappointing interaction. Their customer service staff will always respond in a rude and insulting manner, like you are an incapable of understanding.
