Embroideredmall Avis 

I ordered two embroidered shirts in May, it is now July and I am still waiting for the order to be delivered. They don’t respond to inquiries. The tracking app - Shop doesn’t really track anything. It just shows that you have an order, then indicates that it was delivered.
Embroidered Mall are scammers, and the Shop tracking app is a joke.

Sent us a shirt w incorrect photo embroidered. And then they asked for another $25 shipping fee!! And its been four month, we still didn’t get the replacement

Completely screwed up a valentines gift for my fiance of him and our son. Then slapped me in the face by offering a $6 refund and to replace the item if i paid another $15. I paid $63 for a hoodie that will NEVER BE WORN. I even sent photos of what they screwed up. I understand personalized stuff can't be returned but not even a 50% refund is a joke. And on top of it, it took me almost a month to get my item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

We sent in a picture of our golden retriever, which is basically white. What I received was a dark brown dog that looked nothing like the picture I sent. After 20 emails back and forth, the best the company can do is offer 10% back on a refund, or I can pay $15 to receive another one (it's the same picture and quality, so why would I do that). Do not waste your time—you will not get what you pay for. Waste to an Xmas present.

I placed an order on December 6th for a Christmas gift for a family member. Despite their advertising on how fast I would receive the item, they sent me tracking information in response to my inquiries three different times that all showed that only the label had been prepared and nothing had actually been shipped. I finally received the absolute garbage of an item yesterday. I wish Trustpilot would allow me to post pics of what was advertised vs. what was received. It is not even something anyone would wear as a joke. It is terrible!

Scamming website. After 3 weeks of order there was no information or update about the progress even though the order page was saying max 15 days.
On initial contact they responded that the issue was with the parcel service. A week later they tell me it is actually a problem with my order and the colours I chose.
Their emails are automated, in poor english and with no professional signature.

DO NOT BUY! As another reviewer stated the quality of the embroidery of the image of your pet is a joke! A very bad joke. The image looks very cartoonish. Looks like a child’s drawing. Or like that notoriously horrible art restoration of that painting of Jesus. For $54 it’s a complete scam. I purchased this for a Christmas gift and now I’m out the money and don’t have a gift and it’s too late to order anything else.

Ordered November. Never got anything. They send a fake tracking number . Said they would give 20% refund for nothing. Disputed charges

Looks nothing like the picture of the dog I sent. The end product is cartoonishly stupid looking compare to what they advertise. Very misleading marketing, not a good product

I was very sad and disappointed with the shirt I received. I was looking forward to wearing the shirt but I could not wear what I received. It was hideous and didn't even look like my dog. When I reached out to them about it, they said the best they could do was an $8.90 refund. Out of the $52 I spent for a shirt I couldn't even wear. I ended up giving it to goodwill.

Total scam.
You get no preview of the embroidery. Only updates on their progress, but no response other than what feels like auto responses that answears take 48 hours.
Never got a response on the preview request and got the shirt home.
The fabric feels very cheap and the “embroidery” is extremely distorted.
I suspect that the other reviews on here is fake. Stay away.

This company scams people. They clearly take photos of the product from the internet and sell the service with no ability to fulfil the order. My order looks completely different to what was sold and they refuse to give me a refund. They should be shut down.

I have just received the Jumper I ordered and well.. I’m confused?
The jumper is a good size and great quality but the actual selling point of embroidery is bad?
I got the face of my fiancés passed cat embroidered as he misses her a lot, and the lack of detail is crazy! The whiskers aren’t even coming from her face!! They’re coming from behind it? I don’t know if that’s a machine problem or a human error however either or, if the photo won’t print well, maybe email and ask for a different photo or a second photo for reference? The embroidery is also way larger than what is shown on the website, not necessarily a bad thing however if it’s that big surely there’s room for more details? I can’t really gift it now because I think it’d almost be insulting.
Shipping time actually wasn’t as bad as I had expected arriving in about 2 weeks, although there was a scented packet in the shipping which is not a nice smell and if I were to go ahead with gifting the jumper, I’d have to wash it first as my fiancé has extremely sensitive skin. Maybe just sticking with a silica gel packet would be sufficient.
Updated after connecting with customer service- they offered me a 10% refund for the product… which is $8 as I paid $80NZD for it. For something that will now most likely be thrown away. They tried to tell me I ordered it from somewhere else 4 times despite attaching proof I purchased with them. Appalling. Definitely don’t purchase from here!! Complete scam 😡

I bought 3 sweatshirts with animals face printed on it and it’s a total SCAM! Don’t buy it don’t buy it!!!!! The animals face looks nothing like the picture I sent them. Very poor quality altogether.

The product doesn't look anything like the examples on their website. The stitching is not fine and detailed. The lines are coarse and thick. No details whatsoever. And the design looks like a 3 year old made it.

Their response? "we have stated on our website that sometimes the advertised image may differ slightly from the actual item, so please allow for a 20% difference between the advertised image and the actual item you received"

Bullsh*t. They know damn well what they're doing. It's a scam. Their ads are misleading. The product looks like crap. Don't fall for it.

I have amended it to 3 stars because they are remaking one of the products for me after I complained.

I ordered 2 items based on the photos of the listing. One is the record player embroidery on a t-shirt and the other one is Mama/ papa EST. YEAR sweater.

The embroidery on the t shirt listing shows that it's at the top left but it came in the middle, which isn't what they shown in the picture. but then they told me I picked this option and when I go back and looked, the only option to choose the record player was a small font that says in the middle, which could mean anything. The other option doesn't say the placement of the embroidery either, so either way they just blame it on me.

The 2nd sweater I ordered was with the right font, but the EST. YEAR is about 5 times the size of what they shown in the pictures again.

The only thing I say say about this company is that pictures and products are not the same at all. Do not buy from them. The only reason this is a 2 star instead of 1 is because I actually received the product.
