Today is a momentous day for me. A few months ago, or maybe weeks ago, I mentioned I was on a journey. A weightloss journey. I started back in April 2026 and made a decision to do what is right for ME. With the guidance and support of my wife, my doctor, and a select few, I made the decision to start a GLP-1, a compound of tirzepatide and B-12. I went with an organization called Emerge Weightloss.

So, I started on 4/23 at a weight of 398.4. I had actually broke the 400 mark at one point earlier this year and first was ashamed at myself and disappointed even more.

After about 6 months of being on this journey, I hit my very first PRIMARY GOAL…..

101.3 total pounds lost!!!!!!! Today I weighed 297.1. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Now, for all those who always have an opinion and think I didn’t earn it or whatever your thinking is, it isn’t about YOU. It’s about ME!!

I have walked countless miles (although I can tally it up), I have documented daily food and calorie intake, and I have made choices. Choices to say yes when I planned for it and even when I didn’t. And choices to say no as well. I cut back on breads, pastas, rice, potatoes and focused on proteins (not just meat, when able). I did doctor visits and lab work to track my important items such as A1C, sugar levels, blood pressure and count, etc.

To date, AFTER 30+ years, I have been able to come completely off of my blood pressure medicine and almost completely off of my cholesterol, although my doc said most cardiologists would love for all of their patients to have my numbers. Haha!

My next major goal is 270 lbs by end of the year. If not maybe January. I’m cool either way. 💪🏻💪🏻

Now, this is what worked for me. Not just the medicine. Not just the walking. Not just the food choices. And not just doctor visits. It was a combination that fit Jeff. What fits for you could be close and similar or totally different.

And I am so happy and thankful for Emerge Weightloss and their support. Their service level from my personal experience is top notch. I have been so impressed by their communication and commitment to my success. I encourage others to check them out.

This journey has been amazing and hard. Full of sweat, blisters on the toes, sore feet and back, etc. And mentally exhausting to help retrain my brain to think about food differently. I don’t eat what I don’t need. Period. I don’t feel pressured to eat when I don’t want to.

I will say for this journey, it’s been 90% mental and 10% physical. Again, for me. Find what works for you.

This company has been so amazing in helping me reach my health and weightloss goals! I am down 42 lbs and webt from a size 12 down to a size 2. My blood sugars have went down and my cholesterol levels have improved. Not making any medical claims, but feel the weightloss definitely helped. Signing up was super easy and everything was explained really well. I got updates along the way, shipping was quick, and my medication arrived cold and packaged really well. I was honestly a little nervous about ordering medication like this online, but the whole process was much easier and smoother than I expected.

Price and customer service.

I started with Emerge after a friend told me about their success back in April. I was very hesitant at first but after I got started and had the support from Emerge that I needed to keep going it had been a great experience ! I started at 250 lbs and am now down to 210 lbs. I have lost 40 lbs and only have another 35 to hit my goal of 175 lbs. Customer service is 2nd to none. They are very responsive and supportive. Natalie has been EXCELLENT !!!

I’ve been on the Emergeweight program for 2 1/2 years. I’ve lost 44 lbs and I’ve been at my goal weight for almost 1 year. I continue using this program as maintenance but I also record what I eat every day. My whole life has been a diet. Up 50 lbs down 50 lbs. This is the first time in my life that I’ve been able to stay at my goal weight for this long. I was so happy when I was notified that the prices have dropped. I wasn’t sure how much longer I would be able to financially stay on the program so it made it a little easier with the price drop. Thank you to customer service who have worked with me on my occasional address change during the years. I don’t worry when I go away because they accommodate the address change.
