Easy to order, decent product and delivery swift and well packaged.

Absolutely terrible, do not use!
Blinds look cheap and nasty, the service is atrocious - order was 11 days late, service team is unreachable by phone, won't call the courier to find out where my order was, promised call-backs that weren't given. Use Blinds Direct, they are much better quality and professional.

The Blinds fit perfectly and are operating well. Look great! The receptionist was extremely helpful when the delivery company were muddling us up with dates and times but she reassured us and took the worry out of it-a pleasure to be able to speak to a human being instead of a robot.Thankyou.

Blind delivered on time, well packaged, easy to install with good instruction.

Ordered 2 blinds, had to wait over a month for delivery. No updates unless I chased for it. Only to be told one blind had not passed quality control and there was not more stock of that colour slat and they would not be getting it back in. Appalling customer service and will not be using again.

Placed an order but had a further query which we submitted by email. Got no responses to that email so phoned.

The chap on the phone was extremely abrupt a verging on rude.

Won’t be using a company that has little appreciation of manners and customer service again.

Good quality, easy to follow instructions and easy to fit although i was fixing/screwing straight into wooden window frames.
Iv had Venetian blinds for nine years and they have seen better days so wanted a change to roller blinds lot less cleaning🤞
Im just about to order another two blinds for my other bedroom so that says a lot as a returning customer

Very nice blinds in White diamond, good quality and would definelty recommend and buy from this company again. Gemma was such great help too.

I was happy with the quality of the blinds, but the time scale was far longer than advertised, and an update about the delay would have been appreciated. However, I would still recommend them to others as they supplied a far longer length than
other suppliers were willing to make.

Ordered 3 blinds from English blinds. Delivery was at least 3x longer than they had advised, which wasn’t a massive problem for me. The first and cheapest blind I had bought was satisfactory, faux wood, I would say worth what I paid for. The second blind (wood blind) was not wood and rather a cardboard material with a wood print, doesn’t look too bad from a distance. The first blind: the most expensive one out of the three looks very poor- absolutely nothing like the picture, it is supposed to be a wooden blind but even from 2-3 meteres away looks nothing like real wood- the print on the plastic isn’t even a plausible replica, the plastic blind looks more like wood than the most expensive “wooden” blind. The blinds are also supposed to come with screws: two of them had screws but the third (most expensive) blind had no screws with it.

Although not a horrendous experience, I wouldn’t buy from this company again or recommend them.

Well, I had used this company before and had no hesitation in ordering again from them. After placing my order this time, to actually receiving it was 21 days in total. The company does explain that delivery dates can vary depending upon how busy they are. I had no issue with waiting, as it’s the quality of the product that wins through in the end. Overall it’s a great service that they offer. Just a little patience is needed.

Great product, quality and service

Well I took a chance and ordered a bling suitable for a shower room online.
It was inexpensive and arrived within five days.
It’s good quality and does the job well.
It’s not filled within the shower room itself but on a half glazed door close by.

Excellent service speedy delivery and exceptional value for money, I have ordered blinds for over 10 years from English blinds and the quality of the blinds are superb. Would highly recommend them.

First time ordering no drill blinds so a little sceptical about size and fittings but no worries with this company. Just the colour we were after and fitting easy even for my DIY averse husband. Looking for bathroom one now.

The blinds were a couple of days later than expected , that wasn’t the issue though. I completely understand they are made from scratch and these things happen.
When I rang up to check on the order, the person I spoke to on the phone, Matt, was really rude. Shame. I have several rental properties and would have ordered more blinds from this company as they are great quality. Doesn’t take much to be pleasant . It’s put me off ordering from them again.
