I paid for six enlighten tubes of…
I paid for six enlighten tubes of toothpaste and only received three.
I rang to report this error only to speak to a robot which said I would receive a call from customer service shortly.
To date over 24 hrs later I’ve received no call back or the missing three tubes of toothpaste

We can see that you got in touch with us over the weekend, when our Customer Service team is unfortunately closed, which is why you hadn’t received a response within the 24 hours mentioned in your review. We completely appreciate, though, that being told someone would get back to you and then having to wait is frustrating.

Following your previous review, we reached out to gather a little more information so that we could investigate your concerns properly, but unfortunately we haven't received any further details from you as yet.
We've also checked our records and have been unable to locate a case matching your details where the full Enlighten whitening system, specifically the Enlighten Trays were provided through our laboratory. This is important because our B1 Guarantee applies specifically to the complete Enlighten treatment, allowing us to assess and support cases where achieving the desired result may be more challenging.
The purchases we have been able to identify under your details are our Serum Toothpaste and White Toothpaste. Whilst our White Toothpaste is excellent for removing surface staining and helping maintain a brighter smile, it is not intended to produce the same whitening result as a professional whitening treatment using whitening gels and custom-made trays.
We'd genuinely love the opportunity to look into this further and understand exactly which treatment was carried out. If your whitening was provided through your dentist, we're happy to work with them to review the case. We would simply need your written consent before discussing your treatment with the practice.

Pleased with results.
Completed the 3 weeks treatment, only on second day had slight sensitivity used the gel in the kit for this and didn’t experience sensitivity again. Pleased with the results although not convinced to B1. Use the toothpaste daily. Pleased that I can purchase it directly from company as cheaper than buying it from my dentist.

Keep new veneers white
Recently had my teeth whitened and veneers fitted. Used enlighten smiles during the whitening process and have carried on after the veneers were fitted. Product really works even my hygienist remarked on how well they looked.
