Slow shipping
Product took too long to ship (over a week to even get the first shipping notification) and so I had to get from another source. I may return.

This was a brand new product and I pre ordered it. As what happens to many new products that are entering the market, there were delays in the manufacturing process, and they missed their original estimated delivery date. This seller was kind and understanding. They got the product to me as quickly as they could.

Very good quality product and it does exactly what I was hoping for. I’m finding many trailer dump stations to short to install my ell for dump hose to hookup properly and this raises the connection just enough to hook up properly
