Water supply fur business
My brother asked me to help him to find a water supply company in order to let him launch his business. He has a construction business and I required such a company which would help construction business to launch. I started to search for various option in the internet and accidentally faced this company. I contacted it and found out all the details concerning water supply. The managers seemed to me very polite and price weren't very high. Everything was pretty cheap for us, so w used service from this company and don't regret about it. I guess everyone has to pay attention to this company.

Best taps ever
Water is something that nobody can live without. So, my tap turned out a real trash, that's why I had some serious issues with water. I applied to this company in order to ask them to help me with this problem. Customer support seemed to me very polite and responsive, because it took couple of minutes to them to answer my question. They had taps in the shop and I ecided to acquire some new ones. Nowadays, I have no issues with water at all, because the taps from this shop are very reliable and durable.

Keeping me in the loop!
I have been waiting for my manhole cover to be shipped as it was late due to the supply and demand going on! During the wait the customer service department keep me in the loop with emails to let me know the status so I wouldn't keep wondering. Thank you for being honest and keeping me in the Know !

I liked the water gauge manometer. I tried to buy one at a couple of plumbing supply houses, however, the people behind the counter never heard of a water gauge manometer. I liked the manometer that I bought from you.

No Parts Yet after Two Months?
It is hard for me to rate the product when I have not received it in over 2 months. I ordered two 12 x 24 monitoring manhole covers on 8/1/21 and the website did not indicate any manufacturing delays, so I though they were in stock. After many Emails and phone calls, I finally called and got a hold of a human who promised a shipping date of 9/30/21. Well that was a week ago and I need to get my project done. Even if this product shows up great and it was a good price, I do not think I would change my rating. The website was misleading and the customer service has been poor, with no follow up or updates.

I Love Sewer Caps
There's nothing worse than having to touch a dirty sewer. These caps should be mandatory in all sewer holes! Shipped fast & easy to install.

Torquer 6 in. Well Plug
6 in. Torquer Locking Well Plug is cheap and poorly designed... Beware that if you don't add a spring clip or other method of securing the threaded wing bolt at the end it can be turned too far and most of the parts will be at the bottom of your well... Description says most locks will fit when I have yet to find a lock that can... Even if you could find one a hammer blow to the soft orange plastic would break the weak mount for the lock any way... I needed this for a well on my property 50 mi. away... Hope a small animal or child is not injured...

I bought and paid for an RV sewer lock…
I bought and paid for an RV sewer lock - it never arrived. I know it was refused by UPS. I called Enviro, and left a message. There was no response. In response to this commentary, I am told that a refund has been issued to my credit card. Just looked at that account...no credit yet. This is a weird way to conduct customer service.

The package arrived promptly, however 2 of the devices (out of the six I have used), failed to ignight. I still have approx 8 left I believe and am hoping the all work properly.
Have ordered and used these in the past with no issues.
