Nice to shop on the high street. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Shop has good selection of quality vitamin brands etc. Found what I wanted plus some organic hand sanitiser! Will return.

Disappointed
Disappointed – Poor Product Condition and Dismissive Response
I purchased a supplement from this store that didn’t meet expectations — the texture and smell were off, despite being within its expiration date. I’ve used the same supplement from other sources before, so I know this wasn’t normal. It suggested improper storage somewhere along the line.
I contacted the store requesting a refund or exchange, but was refused. I was later contacted by both the manager and the CEO of the supplement’s manufacturer, who told me that similar concerns are not uncommon among customers — and used that as a basis to deny my request. That explanation only added to my concern, as it implies a recurring issue that still isn’t being addressed.
Disappointed not only with the product, but with how the complaint was handled. Proper storage and quality control should be a priority. I won’t be purchasing from this store again.

The supplement in question was sold in perfect condition, well within its expiry date and stored according to the manufacturer's strict guidelines. You raised concerns about texture and smell, and we took your feedback seriously, so much so that we contacted the CEO and Quality Manager of the manufacturing company directly on your behalf. Their response confirmed that the characteristics you described, including crystallisation, are a normal and safe feature of liposomal formulations. This is well documented in the product literature. At no point did they suggest there was any quality or storage issue.
Furthermore, as we are the sole UK distributor of this specific product, your claim that you've used the same item from "other sources" is not accurate.
We always welcome genuine feedback and aim to offer excellent service, but we also have a responsibility to protect our reputation from misleading claims. We stand by the quality of this product and how your enquiry was handled with care, transparency, and direct communication with the manufacturer.

Really like the location on the shop I walk past it pretty much everyday, recently started reading books about the chakras and spirituality like the fact the got natural stones too I’d definitely be back for more purchases
