Arlene couldn’t have been more helpful when I was looking for an eternity ring today. Sadly the ring I wanted to try is made to order, however Arlene was able to see if there was one albeit in a larger size, for me to at least see it in person before I make the decision to buy. Overall happy with the professional but friendly service given.

My daughter bought me a bangle for my 60th birthday each time I wore it the flimsy snake catch opened and the bangle kept falling on, I took the bangle back to the store in Argyle arcade as the little clasp had broken off when it had fell. I was told the girl couldn’t do anything and the manager would deal with it when she was in. We received a phone call from the manager who said it was well worn and looked like accidental damage. I told her it had only been worn 3 times and had fallen to the ground each time I had wore it. We went in to collect the bangle the manager stated she had left a message on my husbands answer machine to say it had been sent to their workshop it was not a manufacturing fault the bangle had been Well worn, I told her I only had the bangle 3 weeks before I took it back to them so how can she say it was well worn, she just grunted and said it would be £60 to repair the flimsy catch. I decided I wanted the bangle sent back to me where I will get another jeweller to repair this. Very poor experience from this company which actually spoilt me receiving a lovely gift From My daughter for my 60th birthday .

The young lady who served me called Jackie, could not have been anymore helpful or paitient. Too a ill-informed pensioner,looking for a golden wedding gift for my long suffering wife. All in all a credit to your company.

We saw a ring online which my wife wanted for a ‘big’ birthday. We booked a time slot to visit the store next morning, however, the ring in question wasn’t in stock at that branch. That wasn’t an issue, they ordered it in, and texted a few days later to say it had arrived. A second visit was scheduled and the ring fitted perfectly ! Both members of staff we met were very friendly, polite and professional. An excellent all round service ! 👍😀

I was buying a wedding ring and the Sales Assistant provided a great customer service experience by offering a suitable selection of rings based on the information I had given. The Sales assistant also offered a valuation service and When I collected my ring I put seven items in to be valued.
